You probably don’t need to train him/her for basic stuffs but it’s always good to share good point about everything you know with him.
I’m sure he/she got some good point to show you and talking with that kind of worker could be a good Motivation.
He/she could probably teach you some good tricks and you could show him/her so good one too, I’m sure of that.
