I do not believe you should "rely" on your sponsor. Your sponsor cannot login and do your daily tasks for you. Your sponsor can't make you learn how SFI works. Your sponsor cannot force you to build an SFI business directly. Only you can build your successful SFI business.

What your sponsor can do is

1. Provide guidance when you need it
2. Answer questions that you have
3. Offer you encouragement when you succeed
4. Help you figure out why

The fact that you are asking the question says to me that you are capable of building a successful SFI business.

I believe that everyone is capable of being successful if they don't defeat themselves.

What do I mean by "defeat themselves"? So many people defeat themselves by not believing that they can do it. SFI is a great business for everyone if

1. They take advantage of the training that is available.
2. They learn from their upline or seek upline

I have been asked this question and I gave too long of an answer. I am very prone to providing way to much detail trying to answer questions from people unfamiliar with any topic. I will be concise here.

What I love about SFI is the unlimited potential it provides anyone who is willing to work and be patient. As we all know, SFI is not a get rich quick scheme. It takes work. Whether it is finding affiliates to add to your downline, promoting TripleClicks products, or any ot the other

What is the best way to help people that want to get involved with SFI who do not have time to put into it but have money to invest?

Unfortunately, I am not sure not having time to be involved with SFI will lead to a successful business. Money can be used to make your business grow faster but an individual still needs to find the time to

1. Learn what SFI is about and how it works
2. Keep in contact with their downline
3. Teach downline how to create a business

Personally, I just don't think SFI will work for some one who has no time to spend. I am looking forward to what others have

If you are lucky enough to sponsor affiliates that advance faster than you do, you absolutely support them and train them. You want to develop a strong relationship with this affiliate. You can work together and build a much stronger business. Here are some things I would do with an individual who is advancing faster than me.

1. Communicate 1-on-1 at least once a week by phone or Skype if possible
2. Learn from each other.
3. Create an advertising strategy together

How do I identify amongst all my downline members which ones could be superstars in SFI?

Everyone of your downline can be a superstar. In my opinion, you don't have to identify them, they will identify themselves. I treat all my downline the same. Some may become superstars immediately while others may not shine for several months.

If I tried to identify "superstars" and treated them differently, I would miss some. So I suggest treating all downline the same, let the superstars shine on their own, and be available to answer questions to help all who need it.

Which is better and why...to contact my PSAs through SFI (e.g. PSA Mailer) or directly via their email address?

Personally, I think that using SFI is better especially if you are contacting a group of PSAs and/or CSAs. I say this because you know the list accurate. It contains all of your downline and gives you a great way to filter them. If you have a large downline and are maintaining you own mail list, it is very easy for your list to be inaccurate. People are deleted because of inactivity, people are added below your first level which you may miss adding to your list. Plus you do not have all the information
