Of course you should!
The fact that you have a successful member you only plus. What better your co-worker that's you in the long run better. You can never lose their associates, if you are active in the SFI!
There is no jealousy and obstacles to associate is better than mentor.
The team members alternate experiences, support it with him motivate yourself that you may be better.

It just so happens that said affiliates are simply fast learners. However, that doesn't mean you should give up your part as a Sponsor. As Gladys Knight & The Pips once said, "Keep on keeping on." In other words, keep on working with the workers and continue to be that guiding light.

In my opinion we can make an analogy with the American football. There are several positions in defense and attack. The most important player (quarterback) can not play alone. They all have the same goal: win the game.

In the same way, sponsor and team member have a single goal: grow your income. The sponsor could not grow alone. He needs the team member's work, as well as the team member must sponsor's help.

I Strongly Say YES.To Me This Indicate That You Are Good Sponsor And Teacher For A Teacher Ought To Teach He Or Her Student To Be Better Than Him Or Her. But Also Know That This Happen On Sfi Due To Your Luck Such As Winning Of DG, GAMES ETC. And This Winning Makes The Person To Advance Faster Than You And It Does Not Mean He/her Know More Than You. Keep Training The People You Sponsor Even If They Advance Faster Than You.Thanks

If persons and sponsor advance and SFI faster than I do, should I continue to try to train and support them?
Of course it should, no one can ever know everything and all the time is then you need to learn. And that does not tell us about the support. It does not matter if your a member of a higher status than you he still expected help, if it can not be expected to support. Whether he is advancing faster than you or not, you should continue to giving him support in everything and offer your help whenever he needs it. SFI is not a uneventful job, there's a lot to learn. Often we have to go back to the lessons that we have already read. So, the advice are welcome at any time.

First it should be a thing of joy that Affiliates under you are fast progressing, that makes you a good sponsor. Impossible make then understand thing they don't know since you are advanced in such because there success is your success. Impossible teach the how duplication is made in other to succeed more.
Finally don't forget to also learn from them as you also teach them. Been below you does not

In SFI, the ranking is not something that should be considered, but a real step in the everyday actions that are always needed in this business.

Had they are faster than you, should be used as a place to exchange ideas and opinions towards better again.

no matter what your PSA is progressing better than you, it's a matter of finding new members, SFI is known for teamwork so how do you help him and he helps you, and together you earn if he no longer progresses and your gain is higher because no worries can not know all the best in every area in SFI is also a expert on this but some of it, refill it.

With the SFI program, you are in a team situation.

This means that we all learn from each other.

To think that you have nothing left to offer just because one of your affiliates gets more badges than you or is a silver TL when you are a bronze is not productive and not true.
