Good question, and SFI is one of those communities where your sponsor doesn't play as big of a role as other companies.

I will also say, real quick, that no one is responsible for your success except for yourself!

Anyway, that being said, SFI has a forum that is amazing and alive! You can ask anything in there and get all of the help and support that you need within minutes. You will also be able to learn from previous questions, answers, and tips given there.

Good question that I wish ALL my affiliates would ask me on a regular basis!!

First, get Fast-Track Gold qualified with a minimum $20 standing order. I recommend getting the S-Builder early as it takes 3-4 weeks into the NEXT month BEFORE you start to see affiliates.

I then recommend that they go through and complete the LaunchPad training, earning VP each step of the way.

Of course, I also recommend getting through all of the tabs, and to-do list, especially reading

This is a good question that applies to any new business owner. There is a lot to learn along with the desire to be in profit as soon as possible.

The good news for you is that SFI has that covered for you. Simply refer PSA's to their Launchpad training, which will guide them through the nooks and crannies of SFI one step at a time.

They also have a To-Do list that neatly lays out what actions need to be taken on a regular basis.

Your job is to be there for them,

Hello, this is a good and important question! I've learned that my affiliates are much more successful when I communicate with them, so here's what I do...

First, I have a welcome letter set up that new affiliates read and gain V.P. for. Almost all new affiliates will read this, so the quality and content are very important. You can find and set up yours here: https://www.sfimg.com/ViewMyWelcomeLetter

Second, I set up an email service with Mail Chimp that automatically emails

Absolutely you, or anyone should!

The higher rank you achieve, the more commissions you will earn, you will have more credibility when you do begin to develop a team, and you will earn more commissions.

SFI will also reward with with more co-sponsored affiliates (CSA's), which will all be a part of your team.

We are only allowed 10 A2A friends. We can follow anyone. How do you pick your A2A friends and followers?

First, I learned something by you asking this question! I didn't realize that we could only have 10 friends, but now I know...

Having only ten to choose from, I would pick ten top performers in the company who are also responsive so that I could pick their brains when I need advice on something.

I allow anyone to follow me, and I am always open for a chat with anyone using the chat feature here on SFI.

What do you do about PSAs that start off great but then suddenly become completely inactive?

Hello, this is a concern for many network marketers and it shouldn't be.

People will come and people will go, just like any business - I would focus on those that are motivated and willing to learn and grow. As Gery says, "Work with the workers..."

SFI sends plenty of follow up emails for you to those that aren't active. The inactives will also continue to get your weekly email and perhaps at some point, they will jump back in. They can come back at anytime and

Very good question that demonstrates that your mind is in the right place!

Many network marketing companies and affiliates thrive on residual income potential. The other companies do so by forcing their members to buy a certain dollar amount worth of product every month.

SFI doesn't do that, so the answer is that YOU have to make it a part of your system to get your affiliates on a standing order of product from TripleClicks.

Find a product that you enjoy and then

If you were on my team, in order to get maximum support from me, you have to show that you are willing to do the work involved to help build the business.

I look for members who are getting Fast-Track qualified. I also review my members tab daily to see who is working, you should be earning max VP everyday to ensure that you are on your upline's movers tab.

In essence, I work with the workers as recommended by Gery in SFI's training. To capture your upline's attention, do

How can I transform my website traffic into SFI sign-ups?

This is difficult to answer without knowing what is on the website that you are sending traffic to, but I do have a few tips.

You can offer something as an incentive for signing up, such as free leads, a share in your co-op, Tcredits, gift cards, etc. The sky is the limit, and think outside of the box.

You could also offer a free "30 days to success" training program to help ease any nervousness for the prospect to sign up.

I would also suggest that your
