Why would you not continue to train and support? They might be making a lot of sales because they are advertising in the right place. They might have the means to place a standing order and therefore advance to the next level. Maybe they bought PSA's and was lucky enough to get active PSA's, Even if they study the business themselves and they know more than you - you can still encourage and support them.

Hi!

I would say YES! If You brought that person here and that person is really good. I would say that You are good teacher and You need to continue with that.

Each person need to learn, read and again read. But You are here to show them what they need the most.

If You are able to find person who advance faster than You that is a great thing. 3 - 4 persons like that and You will advance too.

The main reason why some of affiliates stop working is loosing

Of course you should continue training and supporting your PSAs even though they advance in SFI faster than you do. Why? Active PSAs working on sponsoring and duplication is all what you need to accelerate your SFI business and earn fat commissions.

Take note, moving to the next level is easier to achieve if you are new in SFI; that is because of the initial support that SFI provides to all new affiliates. But the crucial point is, maintaining the EA or TL rank in the succeeding months

The short answer is yes. But this is a team effort. Work Together Rise Together. You are not the most capable person in every arena but you are the team leader. As such find the strengths and weaknesses of each team player and help the whole team to advance using one another's strengths.

I have a really cool situation. My PSA (fakename) Vinny is the CSA of another one of my PSAs (fakename) Bob. So I am Vinny's sponsor and I am Bob's sponsor and Bob is Vinny's Co-Sponsor. Fun yet?

Anyway

It is always our responsibility to support our our affiliates IF THEY NEED US what ever his position in relation to yours.

In SFI it is normal to see affiliates advancing faster than his sponsor. This is because our advancement depends largely on the active affiliates we have.

We should not feel inferior nor insecure if our affiliates is going faster than us. In fact we should be happy and rejoicing.

However we should change the way we treat this kind of affiliate.

Yes you will, As a matter of fact i am proud of it because it was achievement for them and you are credited with that. Greed is good, but it never prevails. You must be a good mentor to a mentee and the value for that is a good relationship.

We must acknowledge their achievements, highlight for your personally recruit affiliate any achievements they might have forgotten, to help build their confidence. Remember to celebrate their successes on your mentoring journey too.

Absolutely, it is actually a win-win situation because you may know of something to make their business better that they have not thought of or utilized yet.

Also on the flip side they may be able to show you how they got to the level they are at and guide you to more success. So you can help each other out with ideas and techniques, working together to increase the profitability of both business and pushing both you and your PSA into a better position.

If the person I sponsor advance in SFI faster that I do, should I continue to train and support them?
Indeed, this question does keep the mind ticking because one may contend that since I sponsor the persons, I should become the one to train and give the needed support. Now, they have made faster advancement than me. Count it a blessing that the affiliates have taken their business so soberly and much to your benefit as well. Be assured that no harm will come based on the fact that the

Absolutely!! You have helped them get where they are, why would you stop?!? Just because they may have advanced faster does not necessarily mean they will not continue to need and appreciate your help, training, and most of all, your encouraging support!

Never stop supporting your downlines, they are your bread and butter. Besides, you may learn things from them as well. Trust your instincts, keep leading, learning, earning -- which is best done by helping others, yes?

Hello Ovidio

Your question is wonderful & interesting. It would work both ways:
If a person you sponsor advances in SFI faster than you do, you should consider yourself. Of course, you can continue to try and support them, but practically in most cases, it would be other way around. You would be learning a lot from him/her.

Visit his/her profile and what Standing Order he is buying. If it is better than yours, try to copy them or advise them to buy a better Standing
