It is always our responsibility to support our our affiliates IF THEY NEED US what ever his position in relation to yours.
In SFI it is normal to see affiliates advancing faster than his sponsor. This is because our advancement depends largely on the active affiliates we have.
We should not feel inferior nor insecure if our affiliates is going faster than us. In fact we should be happy and rejoicing.
However we should change the way we treat this kind of affiliate. We should be there as a colleague and friend to them.
We can even encourage them to share what he is doing right.
