Why would you not continue to train and support? They might be making a lot of sales because they are advertising in the right place. They might have the means to place a standing order and therefore advance to the next level. Maybe they bought PSA's and was lucky enough to get active PSA's, Even if they study the business themselves and they know more than you - you can still encourage and support them.
Most Parents I know wants their children to do better than they did, to be happier than they have ever been to be the best they can be. That is how I see it - just like I want more for my son, I want more for my PSA's and CSA's.
Nobody knows everything and no man is an island. You might be surprised as to how much you can still teach them and there is no reason why you can not learn from them either. You are not the boss, they do not work for you - you are a team and you will move forward together - does it matter who advance faster?
