VP does not "appear" to reset, it does reset.

Every month we start at 0 VP. Our commissions are calculated based on the number of VP we personally collect as well as the VP collected by our EA2 PSAs and CSAs (matching VP).

We don't lose our previous months VP, however they do begin to expire after 180 days. (See https://www.sfimg.com/Home?tab=to-do_list important notes #2).

We have a running total to help determine rank, commissions and various rewards like E365 qualifications and other badges.

Make sure you're telling all your affiliates to really read every page. There's important information on these pages and if they're not really reading them they'll be crashing down your door wondering why their Sponsor didn't tell them they reset to zero every month.
