I have a plan that works wonders and is really simple to do.

1. Tell them about the 3 buttons at the top of the page and make sure they go through the 30 days of training in the Launchpad because they will not be a success if they don't understand their business.

2. Make sure they are committed to working daily at least 1 hour a day and becoming an EA2 because these are the minimums needed for their success and by minimum I mean encourage them to do more if they can.

3. Make available a Paid Advertising Co-Op but give new affiliates a chance to earn a share of it for free. You can offer something like $20 per share or generate $20 in TripleClicks Sales in the month.

4. Help them set up a blog, preferably on their own domain name or a subdomain off a Wordpress powered blog you own. Don't recommend trashy free sites like Wix because you will be penalized for the acts of every SPAMMER and Scammer that uses them, and be looked at as amateur and unprofessional.

5. Show them how 1 blog post that get's 10 visitors a day can add 300 visitors a month to their banners. Show them that in a year they could have 52 such post writing just 1 a week or 365 such post writing one a day after just 1 year. Teach them how to use Jetpack by Wordpress to syndicate and socially share their post so they build links with each new article and have a chance of their content going viral.

6. Be sure when they are writing blog post they are writing great content and not advertisements. Nobody clicks on a blog to read an advertisement, they will however click on a link to go to a article on cooking pea soup that has an ad on the page and if the ad appeals to pea soup lovers it will get clicks and generate sales and sign ups.

I can share with you my experience. I have PSAs and CSAs but they seem to only be active in the first 2 months and then disappear. So I have done my own study and concluded that it may be due to the fact that they are discouraged when they couldn't get signups from their own advertising. They understand that working alone on an affiliate type business doesn't really work.

Therefore, I have offered to help them with their advertising. I set up a team co-op and offered it free to my team. In order to not waste my effort, I make sure I receive an answer from them first before putting them in my co-op. This is because I don't want the new signups to get a non-existent sponsor.

Once I have done this, those that only login once or twice a month now logs in daily, especially when they start receiving the notification of a new PSA in their team. And once they have their own team, the adrenaline starts pumping and they start reading again to understand SFI better in order to support their own team more effectively.

One of the major ways to build a sustainable residual income is through VP match, earned from the efforts of your downline. It is therefore in both your own interest and the interest of members of your team to help build their downlines. This does not mean you have to do their work for them but that you have a crucial role to play in advising, guiding and assisting the members of your team in not just building their downlines but building active ones by:


SPONSORING

You need to assist them on the various methods of sponsoring including how and where to advertise. You may start by introducing them to free ad sites while you also encourage paid ad sites where possible. Encourage them to make it simple by also prospecting their warm market. You as the team leader may guide them to place their sponsoring gateways in relevant media, usually where you advertise yours if you are okay with it.


CO-OP

I deliberately separated this from the above because it has to do with you organising this using the SFI Co-op Manager tools where you bring in members of your team as co-op participants. By this, signups are directly delivered to the downlines of your team members.

One of the major ways to help build your team’s downlines is through duplication, which is encouraging and guiding them to do what you do, in building your own team. This means you must lead by example by doing that which is required to build a successful team and which you intend to teach your downline or intend for your downline to duplicate. You therefore need to encourage the team members you have assisted as above; sponsoring, co-opting and reassignments, to do the same for members of their own teams by helping to build their downlines.

These are some of the methods you use to build the downlines of your team, however, it is not just enough to build their downlines, serious efforts need to be deployed to continuously assist, guide, organise and lead them in order to produce a very effective, active and prosperous downline.

- The best way to teach your affiliates what to do is to lead by example and do the things you want your affiliates to duplicate. If you have developed a successful marketing strategy, share it to them. Your team members are watching you. Avoid doing things that cannot be duplicated by your affiliates.

- Communicate clearly when teaching your affiliates tactics and strategies related to building their downlines. Always communicate in the same level as your affiliates and make sure they understand your message. It is important that you communicate with your affiliates regularly to make sure that they are doing the activities relating to building their network.

- Your affiliates are your business partners. As their mentor, you should constantly guide them into doing things that will build belief and confidence in SFI and TripleClicks. You can share to them about great TC products that help you build your downlines.

- Remember that you’re leading your affiliates by example. How you manage your time and energy well in this aspect of your SFI business determines the level of success you’re able to achieve. Whichever way you choose to help your PSAs (Personally Sponsored Affiliates) to build their down-lines will be the “best” way.

Keep in mind that the method you use should be easy to copy (duplicate) because if it is working good your PSAs could get excited and want to do the same thing for their PSAs.

For easy duplication I would suggest using the SFI Co-op Manager set it up with your teammates ID numbers and then purchase two or more units of S-Builder and have them sent through your manager choose equal shares so the incoming affiliates will be evenly split up between your participating PSAs.

I have used this method a couple different times and it has worked great. Of course I paid for the units of S-Builder and did not charge my teammates anything. I have done it this way for my workers and those who maintained EA2 or higher every month.

I have also set up a personal “rotator” connected to my blog and ran incoming sign-ups through the rotator which sent new affiliates to my active workers. My personal rotator works the same way that the co-op manger works with SFI.

Another way to help you PSAs is to split the cost of purchasing PSAs to go and buy the largest pack of PSAs that your teammates can afford (Which makes the cost of each PSAs purchased cheaper). Have your teammates reimburse you for their share of the cost by sending you a Gift Certificate.

You can’t go wrong helping your PSAs in growing their front line first level because if one of the PSAs (for whatever reason) would opt out then the affiliates that were on their front line will roll up to your front line. This has happened to me twice, I didn’t lose anything because my personal front line grew larger.

There are actually three best ways to help your affiliates build their downlines.

2) Next, you can put up a contest. You can tell all your affiliates that whoever maintains EA2 or higher rank will be put under advertising co-ops. As you are their sponsor and more experienced, you will be knowing more about getting active affiliates. Hence, you can put your downlines in an advertising co-op to help them building their downlines.

During the affiliates first month explain about re-assigning PSAs and the VP that can be earned (even from inactive PSAs).
They can earn 120-150 action VP per month for sending out group messages and 12 action VP for 3 Stream messages each month.
Ask your PSA if they would be willing to accept 2 in-active PSAs to practice sending messages and tips. If they agree send them 2 PSAs in their second month.

My answer to this question is to add them to your advertising co-op as soon as they become Executive Affiliate. They should have PSA's coming in on a regular basis. This will encourage advancement.

Once this is done you should teach them to do their own advertising and give them suggestions on where the best places, the best ads and the best times to advertise. You could create ads using your best ideas that give you the best results for examples.

Give them marketing tips, strategies and ideas on a weekly basis. Suggest an affordable marketing
plan for them to follow. Also if you have marketing ebooks you could email to them for training.
