Share what you do on a regular basis to build your downline team membership. Be sure that instructions are clear so that duplication can happen,

Set up a Co-op Manager and invite downline members to be part of it. SFI does the work with this tool so all that is needed is to set it up with expectation that your fellow team mates will support those assigned through the manager;

Leadership skill development is critical too. Be sure to ask fellow team mates about their comfort level to lead others. If they express uncertainty or do not know how, then this is whereyou may assist to support their downline growth.

Assisting others is the basis of SFI so encourage affiliates to reach out not only to you but also others through the Forum and create new A2A connections too.

Every affiliate is an individual and what may work for me does not necessarily mean that it will work for my downlines but I have an obligation to pass on my experiences to my downlines and this is what will help them diversify their thought pattern.

1. Pass on examples of what worked for me to them;

This is a common question and most people when they say 'build their downlines' they mean increasing the number of affiliates on their books.

Some of the ways you can help your affiliates do this are by:

1. Pointing out to them where they can purchase PSAs either SFI direct or ECA and any special deals going. You will need to be alert to these deals.

2. Teach them about advertising - online and offline - free and paid advertising - how to run advertising campaigns - how to write ads - tracking ads etc..

3. Promotional methods such as blogs and websites

4. Pointing out to them products on TripleClicks eg website visits etc..

5. Running recruiting co-ops yourself

6. Running competitions among your team regarding say the 'top recruiter of the month' and give them a nice prize.

What is the best way to help my affiliates build their downlines?

The best way to help them is:
-teach them to use 3 simple step plan, and duplicate our work
-leed by example
-teach them how and where to advertise,how to write a good ad, what key words to use for better results

-teach then to write a good blog
-share your experiece and our knowledge

Except a good communication with our team member, teaching them and guide them, we can use this tools too, to help them grow their team.

1. We can reassign team members to our PSA
2. We can put them in a team Co op, so we share the sign ups between all members included in Co op
3. We can offer them to share a cost of S builder (50/50%)
4. We can use S-Builder to support our own personal Team Leader Co-op
5. We can use facebook autoposter and share it with our team
6. We can put on a team website and advertise it (put ID numbers of all members on rotator)
At the end, it is all up to us, our imagination and our will to help.

Teach them that while VPs are extremely important to acquire for their ranks, it is even more important to have an active team!

They can use Bid & Build through Pricebenders, bid for PSAs in auctions, or buy them through S-Builder Coop or PSAs to Go. With SO and, I believe, NMP in place, as SFI affiliates they can buy, through TripleClicks, PSAs for $1.99 USD/each.

A wise way to buy PSAs would be a Standing Order of S-Builder (they start arriving 5-6 weeks after ordering, come in about 6-8 PSAs/month) AND a plan to buy $1.99 PSAs at the rate of 1/day for a specific amount of time, depending on how much time they spend getting their new PSA started. They will each arrive 3-5 days after ordering. If that is too close together, order them every other day instead. This will give a 2-day window to get each one started, and maintenance help can be handled along the way.

There are no guarantees of activity with any purchased PSA, regardless of method. PARTLY, their success depends on how you start them. MOSTLY, the rest of the story depends on each PSA.

It should also be suggested to them to try recruiting PSAs/PRMs from their warm market - family, friends, neighbors, etc. And the other local methods using business cards, flyers, W3 decals, bulletin boards, etc.

The best way I can think of off the top of my head to motivate all these new affiliates is to make them understand that once they reach a certain rank, they begin to get matching VPs from their downlines, these will help raise their commission levels. These are currently 1 VP = 1 share of Executive Pool, so the more VPs they have - through their downlines' activities as well as their own - the more shares of the pool they will receive (more money).

Let them all know you will be available to help them any way you can, direct them to their answers rather than telling them outright, if possible. They will remember better where they found the answer as well as what it is:)

Making downline is very easy, but to make an active downline is quite hard. You want make your strong downline by help your affiliate for their downline. Very excellent strategy for team building, you will success when your downline success. It is the learning part of SFI. To build downline for your affiliates is quite hard but if you remember the following points, it can helpful for you.

1You make your own Coop system and also run this system with help for your downline. Making coop system with total team. Advice them that it will really work for you and also for them.

2)As a sponsor you give paid advertisement, in which you will get quick result. Try to collect more and more PSA by S-Builder, PSA To Go, etc.

3)When you got many PSA in your team, them don’t take total pressure on you, allocate the pressure to your affiliate, give them some new PSA and advice them to take care of the all new PSA.

4)When a big work allocate, simply it will complete with success. So reassign more and more PSA to your affiliate.

5)If you have old PSA who are inactive for long time, try allocate them to your affiliate and advice them to make a regular contact with the inactive affiliate. If there are no response from old affiliate – but don’t lose your patience , try and again try after 7 or 10 days of your work you will not need to contact them, because they are not interested in SFI or having some another problem. But quite often you try to contact them, nobody can say that one of them give response. Anything can happen anytime.


6)Try to make lesson for free and paid advertisement for your affiliates, teach them the good way of ads and also advice them that free advertise give result latter but paid ads give quick response. Try both as their financial condition.


7)The way of duplication – you must recommend to your affiliate, what you do, telling your downline to do same and tell them they should share the strategy to their downline.

8)What is your plan, what is your duplication method, you share with your downline, remember their success is your success. You regularly reassign some PSA to your affiliate, they will happy to receive it and they will work hard. You work hard then your affiliates work hard. So everything is duplication.


9)Try to give them some advertising site for given ads of their gateway. Many PPC site available in online but 95% scam. So you test first and recommend them that site.

2. Give them an incentive of your co op when they invest.
3. Reassigning PSAs to those who are active. I receive that a lot from my sponsor.
4. By encouraging them to invest in S builder or PSAs to go. Let them know the benefits that they entail.
5. By encouraging them to participate in the Bid and Build program. The B&B program is no more limited to 2 PSAs anymore.
6. Through the process of duplication i.e teaching them how you are building yours. That is the key.
7. Teach them how to market their SFI gateway. Give them sites that you are using for sign ups. Give them both paid and free advertising sites to encourage sign ups. Oh, my co sponsor did just that for me. They were many sites to chose from and of which am using to build my team.
The best way is to render your undying support and help to them using the above strategies. They work.

The best way I have found to help my affiliates build their downlines is through the S-Builder Co-op.

I have used it since I a joined SFI, 15 months ago.

I currently have two unit running.

The S-Builder Co-op is an excellent tool for pooling up advertising resources, teaching new affiliates the best advertising, sponsoring, marketing and duplication methods.

It allows you to work hand in hand with your affiliates, teaching them how to successfully grow the SFI business and show them how to duplicate the same process to their own downlines.

They will be able to carry the lessons and successes they learn from you to to their own PSAs. Those will also do the same for their own PSAs.

Thus, you are creating a ripple effect that will likely reach your 12th generation and beyond.

This is the goal you should set for yourself, your affiliates and their downlines.

It is worth noting that the S-Builder co-op is simultaneously advertised within SFI.

You also have to option of running other Co-ops outside of SFI to maximize your results and accelerate your team's success.

In addition, there are other tools available within SFI, to help us motivate our affiliates, build our downlines and theirs:

The contests and rewards, the allocation of gift certificates and TCredits are all supplemental resources that can effectively be used to help affiliates build their downlines.
