I can share with you my experience. I have PSAs and CSAs but they seem to only be active in the first 2 months and then disappear. So I have done my own study and concluded that it may be due to the fact that they are discouraged when they couldn't get signups from their own advertising. They understand that working alone on an affiliate type business doesn't really work.
Therefore, I have offered to help them with their advertising. I set up a team co-op and offered it free to my team. In order to not waste my effort, I make sure I receive an answer from them first before putting them in my co-op. This is because I don't want the new signups to get a non-existent sponsor.
Once I have done this, those that only login once or twice a month now logs in daily, especially when they start receiving the notification of a new PSA in their team. And once they have their own team, the adrenaline starts pumping and they start reading again to understand SFI better in order to support their own team more effectively.
