Just by teaching them the exact method you are doing recruiting them it's call (Duplication)

*you can also run a team co-op this will allow all your PSA's to start building the team as well

It is the same as for any other marketing efforts, you have to spend some time and effort into promoting your gateways via traffic exchanges. It's best to use your time wisely by surfing several sites at once.

It is easily done with Chrome and Mozilla FireFox Browser, you can have several surf sites open at once with tabs at the top. You also have the option to store the surf pages of all your exchanges in one bookmarks folder then you can launch all of them at the same time by selecting "Open Tabs"

Startpage/login URL: Some Traffic Exchanges let you surf without login in

Make a Schedule: List the day you will login and assign credits for each site.

* You can also add them to your Coop for free..but you must also advise them that they should exhaust all free advertising methods to enroll PSA's and not just to depend on all free means.

With this method you are also growing your team and ensuring that they stay motivated as most people will quit SFI within their second or third month especially when they don't have much to invest and not seeing quick rewards turning...and when they obtain the rank of EA and above they will start receiving CSA's which they will start to see how it can be beneficiary to them.

SFI will do that part for you...during their 30 day training they will decide for themselves if the can afford a standing order or not..when you try to convince them to do so...you might be doing yourself more harm than good.

Just offer valuable information and support as much as possible and try to build a relationship instead of convincing them to spend.

In order to create a massive income stream that keeps growing month after month you have to continue sponsoring affiliates while supporting your team.

The reason for this is that you will find out that many people will start quitting SFI for various reasons, some may think its a quick rich thing, some may not want to invest time/money, others might not understand the program and even you will find some genuinely cannot continue because of reasons beyond his/her control.

To combat this, you must have a plan of action as to what your duplication process is so that this information is transparent to all...one of the best way to do is direct all your new affiliate to your leadership page with all your detail information outlined so the ones who are seriously interested will start taking action immediately.
