Compare to the number of affiliates that we have here on SFI, very few are self-motivated to go beyond the Daily To-Do list. Most are inspired and motivated by the achievement of their sponsors.

Also, endeavour to share your success stories via Team Mails and stream post. This success stories serves as testimonies that can inspire them to try those activities themselves too.

Count yourself lucky if you have many affiliates interested in doing the Daily To-Do list. It is a great way for them to learn more about SFI. At the same time they see the VPs going up, which in itself is a great motivator to do more!

The 1st week or so after I joined SFI I spent a lot of time only doing the Daily To-Do list. It made me feel comfortable and that in turn made me do other activities.

I think if your affiliates are motivated enough to do the Daily To-Do list every day, more activities will follow naturally as they learn more and grow more confident.

Hello dear,

It is very common to start SFI with easier tasks.I would always first introduce my affiliates with that part as it is something that we do daily.I should become our habit to complete to-do list and rest every single day.Like putting on clothes.
After,when they get used to it,I would tell them about the fun part- games and auctions.
From that point,I would point them to a TripleClicks store and teach how to earn commissions by referring and/or selling products.
Next step in your guidance is team building.
So, I would conclude that our tim will do what we teach them to do.Communication is a key to have wide knowledgeable team that can only lead to success.

Motivating your affiliates to do anything that they aren't willing to do is not possible. Lead by example. Share your interesting blog posts with your network. Share your youtube channel with them. Share your forum posts and talk about strategies you use to win Pricebender auctions. Share some pics on your social networks with some of the stuff you've won. Some still won't be impressed and that's okay. Some will be impressed and motivated to try it themselves! Work with workers and don't give up on those who may be struggling to catch fire. You will be able to send a positive message to the right PSAs that will in time ignite a flame!

If you start any enterprise naturally you look for resources or raw materials required to run to become a successful entrepreneur. If resources are not there the entrepreneur will never take a risk to create a raw material or resources. If resources are available the entrepreneur will try to make use of it by working hard with strong determination. f Even some persons will be there who is having a capital start enterprise for a small period and give up finally. It denotes that persons having ability will only flourish in certain activities. They are borne to face hardships in future.
Similarly the person who joins here for easy money may get attracted towards and join SFI. The next day when he knew that making money is time taking and lengthy process he will definitely run away. But the affiliate who joins with a determined mind to make money gradually and stay back in SFI. Daily to do List is nothing but resources or raw materials where a person who visits daily will naturally do all type of activities like Price Bender auctions, playing games,conversion of MRP's in purchasing products and increasing VP points and so on. For this the affiliate who wish or try to stick on at least few days and try to attend Daily To-Do List and exercise on it will definitely knows other activities also and need not motivate to do other activities. For undetermined and disinterested persons how much you try to motivate will go in vain as they lack interest, strong determination and inability to establish themselves.

Be happy that you have affiliates who are doing the To-Do list! I can count on one hand the number of people that are doing that on my downline that is approaching 500. If you really need to motivate these people, send them tidbits that you find from Ask SC and the other pages that they are not doing, but the To-Do list forces them to clear all the red tabs each day to update the counters, so by doing that, they are doing all that can be done! What more can you ask of them other than setting up a Standing Order and qualifying as a Bronze team leader? That, however was not the question. If they are doing all that is on the To-Do list, congradulate them and help them get to EA2 each month.

Well in my opinion I guess why so many affiliates seemed to be keen and engaged in the day to to tasks which to me is a good and optimum way for them to get to know and learn more about SFI business besides acquiring some AVPs along the way is TO lead by Example and share and remind them that the MONEY is actually not in doing the to do list or earning or merely chasing the daily AVPs from the everyday to do tasks BUt to proactively and actively promote , post ads , sponsor and encourage our downline to duplicate and I guess once they see the big picture and come to realize where the money is to be made they will start to get motivated and be more involved .

So keep building rapport , promoting , plugging and sponsoring .

First I must say that it's great that your downline least take the time to do your daily activities and be active, some take us longer to risk investing money so it is very little and they are already investing some time.

My advice though I am no expert and very new to SFI, is let you know how accurate that most do and a friendly and understandable way on their own terms, probe individually that simply take the next step, if economic and little knowledge of what to do factor, there are ways to invest small and grow and knowledge is all in SFI, basic and forum.

Enter your affiliates on participation in games TripleClicks, some have free entry and can earn CSA, VP or TC, tell them how you've made progress for them to follow. Even there are sponsors who collaborate much more active and transferred him CSA and TC and drive. happy day !! and successes.

First, you must make certain that you understand the "other activities" that can be performed by your Downline Team Members, and accomplish them yourself. Then, you must communicate your understanding to them, illustrating your own success in performing them. Needless to say, this is an important part of "Leading by Example" and it will better help you to persuade and/or "MOTIVATE" your team to move from the "To-Do List" onto the many "Other Activities" needed to help secure the SUCCESS they want to achieve.

To be honest I think you should be very happy when you have Affiliates who are interested in their Daily To-Do List. So many of them sign in an never come back again. So when I see Affiliates doing their daily tasks I send them an E-card or an email to thank them for their daily efforts. I acknowledge them. Later on when they have done all their learning with Launchpad and should know what it means to have a business at SFI I show them what I do on a daily base. Lead by example and keep encouraging.
