The new affiliates do know all the pearls of SFI , so they concentrate on doing the Daily-Do list, so to motivate the you must do two things:
1-Explain in details the many ways to get extra versa points beside To Do list
-T-Time game , it is free to earn Tcredits and subsequentaly versa pints
-Other Eager Zebra games
-participate in auctions
-Asc SC community( when they became EA2
2- I THINK the best idea to motivate them is some of cash prizes
5$ for ranking EA
20$

People do what they understand. If they receive instructions that are only to work the To-Do List, then that is all they will do.

Educate your affiliates and let them know "WHY" going above and beyond the to-do list is to their benefit.

Ask them what their goals are and then show them what they can do to reach those goals.

You can motivate them by pointing out the freebies they are missing out on, or the commission they could be getting.

If they are to climb the ladder of success they will need to get AVP's and commissions from wherever they can.

Use your own experiences as a guide to helping those in your downline. Some people do need a lot of encouragement.

This is a good question,
Just like ourselves, all affiliates are here to build a business for themselves and improve their lives, so having affiliates who are interested in the daily to-do list means having active affiliates, and active affiliates are so important for the growth of our business . So we don't need to push them to do other activities until they are willing to do so, if not they will feel pressured and that means we'll be running the risk of losing them.

To motivate other affiliates in other activities the leaders must show an
example of what they have achieve so far, such as winning games, bidding, music downloads etc....
than your affiliates might follow your other activities.

That is the most important things as a leadership you must show an example first
than the rest easily will follow you.

The Affiliates that are interested in doing the Daily To-Do list are already motivated on their own in growing their SFI business. It now becomes very easy to motivate them to do other activities. All that is needed to do is, to gradually introduce them and encourage them to the other activities. Maybe there are not doing other activities because they don't know how to start.I think with proper support and guidance they will start responding. These ones are far better than those that sign up and

very good question ???
Most of us are acquainted with such problems and what to do next.
It seems to me that most of us, when creating a blog directed its members to the To-Do list, and they are as vicious relate to her. So that the first problem that we must solve, is the bass to them at the start of To-do list ourselves as something that is important, but they are also important, and many other things.
In addition, the second problem is and that, hundreds of tasks on that to-do

Hello, Daphne

In our business is very important to go step by step.

Initially the work basic tasks with to-do lists.

Later he expanded his knowledge with ads and advertising.

The next step is to work with the new members and the transfer of knowledge.

After that, if the contributor adopted this mode, there will be no problems with it in the future.

Good luck!

How many of these do You have as Your a2a friends? So, You could easily share strategies with these affiliates.
Further, You must know that most people when they start out with this SFI concept, have little or no Practical knowledge
About how to apply whatever new information that they gain. So, since there are no practical, demonstrate-able presentations
Whereby knowledgeable results can be shown, other than ; and this is only findable when one is gifted with sufficient curiosity;

I think only by your own example you can motivate affiliates to do other activities. You are very good in games, you won some Tcredits I think in competition in these games. Tell that to your affiliates and explain them the advantages of rewards you won there. Also they can compete in Daily Crown if they play the games, all this are possibilities in SFI and TripleClicks and this is your role to teach them about possibilities.
