You say they “seem only interested” in the Daily To-Do list?

I believe the first thing you should do is to contact them directly and point them out to VP Ledger and other actions. Maybe they are interested but not aware of other opportunities and possibilities.

Check their respective VP Ledgers and remind them of particular VP they haven’t used. Of course, be gentle, because you are not their boss. Say something like: "Hi, I have just noticed that you that you haven’t

Yes, you are right. Most of the affiliates who have signed up with SFI won't be active.
Some of them won't spend time to read and understand the training provided. So that they will do the daily activities to earn those 12vp for free.
If you are talking about your own down line affiliates, tell them that if they are serious about their business with SFI then they should concentrate on every area of SFI.
Tell them to participate in forum, auctions and Eager zebra games.
If they

Hello,
The To Do List is important for attaining your daily action points. Teaching your team to read the launchpad again and again will give them knowledge of other actions that can help. Explain the income page and have them read of how income is made and how they get paid is a viable source to have them want to do more. It is very important for your downline to understand Triple Clicks and how to advertise for products and make commission. People will only act if they understand and feel

You would have to give them TIPS occasionally on other activities in SFI. Tips on the benefits derivable from participating in a particular activity, what they require to participate and how to navigate to getting to take part. Above all encourage them to participate.
For example, below is an extract from a message I sent through the Genealogy Group Mailer yesterday with the subject as TIPS TO UNLIMITED VERSA POINTS.
“One of such programs is the Daily Grand Drawing. To qualify for it,

I lead affiliates by example and by promoting team building, ECA sales, and encouraging them to purchase items from triple clicks that they would normally purchase elsewhere.
I also encourage affiliates to have a standing order and to develop their own advertising strategy for PSA's, CSA's, PRM's and additional businesses who may want to become ECA's themselves.
Also, I do not ask my affiliates to do anything that I am not willing to do myself.
Lastly, I provide incentive rewards to

If they are doing their Daily Tasks, it shows their interest.
We as sponsors need to understand the reason why they are limiting their success by not advancing.
It could be due to:
1. Fear or Lack of Trust
2. Non-availabilty of funds or unwillingness to spend
3. They may be slow starters
4. Barriers they might be facing in understanding the benefits and so on.

We need to communicate to them to understand their threat reasons so that individually it can be

I may be the wrong person to answer this question, as I too am mainly focused on the To-Do List. However, I am learning (via the internet) how to build blogs & websites, so I can do more.

I have no vehicle & live miles away from anywhere, so it is difficult for me to do a whole lot more, though I admit I could try a little harder.

Be sure they understand they will only get out of the business, what they put in. Put little effort in, get little in reward. That's just

You need to understand the totality of the SFI package to be able to teach others. SFI is a business opportunity that combines many things that can be of benefit to different people.

There is the auction pricebenders for those who are really keen about winning auction, such activities makes some people feel real good about their lives, either they win or not.

There is the market place, every SFI affiliate is given a store where there are over 90,000 real product that people

There are known ways that can keep affiliates motivated all the time, try them out and they will have the intended impact.

i) Let them know the importance of the versapoints and once this is known to them then you
will prepare yourself to answer the next question which is, 'How do we ensure that we
acquire more of versapoints.

ii) Introduce the other tasks that can be undertaken to acquire extra versapoints after the
completion of the

Whenever you have affiliates that have joined and are at least doing their to do list it is a start. It shows they are at least serious about their SFI business enough to sign on everyday to work their To-Do list, however they may not have the funds to make the Standing Order yet.

So, what you want to do is encourage them to keep up their good work and try to find out what their concerns are about starting a 'S.O.', or maybe they aren't working, or like most people, they are on a tight
