Many affiliates seem only interested in the Daily To-Do list. How can I motivate them to do other activities?
Affiliates can be motivated to do other activities besides the daily To-Do List by making them understand the fact that although the daily To-Do List is an essential component, there is much more to be done to build a successful SFI business.
Various actions are required to build your team, earn commissions, versa points and multiple streams of income. These actionable points are all listed out in the To-Do List. It is important that affiliates go through these actionable points to maximise their earning potential.

you already have answer of this question,
Simply when you became EA just after first month or reached 1500 VP then the same is not exist for any other person in next month, next month you need to invest or purchase TC Products with at least 1200 VP rest you can get from daily actions.
this may happen only when Team Leaders forget to deliver such information to their downline, Tripleclicks also not accept orders from asian countries like pakistan, a little from India too.
if you seriously check Growth tab then you will learn that INDIA is first place of daily Signups and Pakistan is at 3rd or 4th Place then you can get that why most affiliates are limited to TO-DO_LIST. this one is a very serious situation for SFI & Tripleclicks.

First, if you have affiliates that are interested in the Daily-to-do-list, congratulations. You did something right to get them to do that.
Don't push. If they are looking at the to-do-list daily, then they will see what they need to do. It is up to them to do more.

To-do list is rather be the place for accumulating Versapoints in actions and most visited place to a new member. Now, its the time to bring them the other world of sfi the tripleclicks. Let the introduce the advantages to deal w/ products in tripleclicks. Let them also know that they have to accumulate sales versapoints from tripleclicks because it also needed to become easily go further to the next level of your status.
IN ADDITION TO THE DAILY TASKS .. I tell them that they need to advertise SFI, to choose a product that will attract buyers, a fair price, free shipping ..

As many affiliates seem only interested in the Daily To-Do list, many more are not even interested at all,
in other words, getting the interested ones to do other activities require sound skill and a lot of proofs, else, the seemingly interested affiliates could get bored with so much activities if commensurate reward isnt flowing towards them.
