The light needs to be turned on before they'll understand that their is more to SFI than the daily to do list. It also takes repeating your teaching upwards of 50+ times before people catch on or understand. That's normal. It's up to us as teachers to use that to our benefit!

Motivating them to use it can be done in various ways. I have a FB Support Group for my SFI Team. I also have various instant message apps on my computer and I like to be as available as much as possible for my team

Doing the Daily To-Do list should be enough to motivate any affiliate. There is a lot of information, tips and resources within those pages to make one want to do more.

Interest in the To-Do list only, may indicate a lack of knowledge of what SFI is really all about. Since it requires signing in there is obviously no problem with computer or internet. There is enough motivation to show up.

Completing the To-Do list will not give them an income, only an entry into the Grand

This is one question I worried about for quite some time.

Since returning to SFI the 3rd time I think I do qualify answering your query.

We sign up. Everything is new to us. We have questions, we contact our Sponsors, our Sponsor never responds. We go on on our own, and find there is no progress, or money. Maybe we get to or three enrolled, but they do not respond. Now this is very discouraging for any newcomer.

What I think we are really failing is our initial attempt

Hello and good morning.
How do you motivate them?
1. Show them the activities that you are also doing. It has to begin with you. Show them how they have benefited you e.g the E365. Did you win the championship? If you do, then tell them all about it and what they stand to get. Everybody wants to be successful if they know what to do.
2. Show them the other activities there are e.g T Time Machine, PTP, EZ games,The leadersh ip Challenge, Pricebenders Penny Auction, The Spin and Win

The interest in the daily 'to do list' is the initial SFI attraction mode; which with ease offered the initial EA.

To motivate them out of this easy mode is the direction that the sponsor and upline will guide the new affiliates into a great performance mode.

1. The initial motivation is to keep them on track; by daily visits to homepage to continue doing what they have been doing alresdy.

2. Explain about the SFI business and the fact that it involves investments,

Depending on the length of time Affiliates are in the SFI business, motivating them to do other activities apart from doing the Daily To-Do list should be our major concern. We cannot help them grow if all they do is earn 11 VPs a day.

Perhaps they're not aware of productive activities we need to do to succeed in SFI, so it's up to us to show them the way.

If the Affiliate is still new, they may find that doing the Daily To-Do list is the easiest part of the business, apart

1- To be Successful with SFI, you need to be CONSISTENT in logging in everyday, even for less than an hour, to do all of the activities possible for you to do on your TO-DO List everyday so that you can gather all the possible VPs made available to you, register for the Daily Grand in which you can earn some great freebies, and learn a thing or two by reading some of the info provided by SFI, by participating in the ASK SC and Forum. This is the way for you to generate all the possible VPs you can

This is a nice question and it is almost a common problem in so many region...

The truth is that many people want to improve their financial status but some of them don't want to pay the price for obvious reasons like.
1) they don't trust the reality of this business so they become sceptical about really taking it serious.
2) some people are afraid to read(don't have the patience to go through the program) They will tell you there are many things to be read and they are probably

The first step in motivating your affiliates in other activities, is you being a model for them to follow.

Are you involved in the Forum? Do you post questions, and reply to other members queries? Have you got a Badge for Forum posts?

Are you participating in the different Eager Zebra games? Can your affiliates see the different Badges you have earned?

Do you tell your affiliates to participate in the Games, or the Auctions.

Have you told your affiliates

Yes. This is a very common challenge with all the affiliates.

We can motivate our downlines by frequently sending them information about the benefits of participating in various other activities like;

1. Team building / Duplication
2. Pricebenders auction
3. Selling at Tripleclicks
4. Opening your own ECA store, etc.

This will help your downlines to focus on other activities also.

But at the end of the day, it is your affiliates' interest
