Hi,

If affiliates like to complete the Daily To-Do list, it is actually a good sign that they are learning and in a process of acquiring knowledge and hopefully planning a strategy for their next move. Usually this happens to new affiliates for a month or two. Bear in mind that some of them are quick learners and proactive while others are slow movers. Both of them must be appreciated and motivated.

These slow movers are those who tend to wander about and take a stand

If several affiliates are only interested in the daily to-do list that shows that the Sponsor or team leader has either not conveyed or partially conveyed the message highlighting the importance of other vital activities which provides growth and development to the affiliate. The deficiency or the negativity purely or solely lies on the part of the team leader only. It is his or her solemn duty and responsibility to highlight all the salient features of the SFI particularly the two main branches,

We talked about a similar issue with my upline a few days ago - he said "leave them alone". You should be content for now because they are at least logging in and completing their RED TABS. We have affiliates who never log in from the time they join and they are deleted from the Genealogy.

With time, as you get to know your affiliates better, you can convey a few learning messages in your team mail. Get them to realize that the daily points are as important as the rest of

To be honest the To-Do list is a great feature of the SFI setup. In addition to the one time start-up tasks, the Start Video, Launchpad and SFI Basics Articles the To-Do is set up to daily guide a new and any affiliate through ALL the tenets of the Affiliate center and the TC e-store while still accumulating valuable VPs.

The key is not just doing the To-Do and not other activities but rather the affiliates may only be doing part of the To-Do list.

Affiliates must be encouraged

it is your duty as sponsor or co-sponsor to inform them about all potential and possible ways of making money plus

You have to explain the way TripleClicks works in detail, importance of promoting products and auctions provided by TripleClicks, importance of having their own ECA's and why is it important for all of us to be costumers and make purchases at TripleClicks.

By promoting TC auctions and products and having our ECA store we open additional possibility for greater

Our main daily "job" in SFI is to do at least daily "to do" list.By continuing to do it each and every day we make a routine to do it,which is eventually good for us (to have that routine).

Affiliates who do that are OK,and you should be satisfied that they at least follow "to do" list.Of course, our "appetite" grows by time, and then we wonder how to motivate those,to do some more.

First,"lead by example".

Thanks for this question.

We are in Business. Our down lines are also in business

Its incorrect to assume that the down lines are only interested in the Daily To Do List. What is that they are going to gain just by performing the Daily Actions. At best they will end up having just 330 to 400 VP max at the end of the month.

Will it be sufficient for them to grow in their business? Will it help them to reach leadership levels and start earning income every month?

By letting them know that they would need 1500 VPs to be eligible for the TC Executive Pool. Then explain to them, or better yet, calculate it out for them, that just doing the Daily To-Do List would not be sufficient to get them there.

But remember not to push on purchasing yet. Instead teach them to do advertising. They can advertise SFI to start building a team. Or they can advertise TC products and start getting commissions almost immediately when someone buys anything!

The

One word: INFORMATION

Information is Power

Provide your affiliates with information that will prompt them to take action.

People like to do something if they get something out of it - so provide them with the information - tell them what they will get out of doing other actions as well.

Tell them about the fun they can have playing games and bidding on auctions. It is exciting to outlast and outbid another bidder. You also stand a chance to actually

Logging in to your SFI homepage and performing the To-Do list daily is an important part of your SFI business routine. It’s essential that each of the items you’re going to collect action VP listed on the To-Do list should be read and understood. Don’t just click the blue button without reading and understanding for the sake of collecting AVP (action VP). Collecting AVPs every month is a requirement to maintain or moving up your rank, but understanding why you’re doing it is important for
