How do you motivate your downline to spend money monthly to maintain EA status without sounding greedy?

well that is one of the difficult things to do with your prospects, PSAs or CSAs. But i would advice us not to introduce the issue of standing order until after you weigh the appetite of your team member for the business.
You may even wait till he attains the rank of executive affiliate. cos by then he must have accumulated a reasonable amount of knowledge about what the company is all about. revealing standing order commitment so early in this business to a new affiliate with a feeble mind. has the capacity of scaring them away.

This is such an important/timely question:
To your prospects, the ordinary mention of sfi could sound imaginary and vague, but it is now left for you to shed more light on the subject matter. which is Sfi as your business.
History has it that nobody gives what he/she doesn"t have, so i would advice us to familiarize ourselves with every aspect of sfi business by reading voraciously about the company and also making financial commitment where necessary; with this u r sure to be confident enough in presenting sfi and trippleclick as your own thing.
Remember, talking from experience is better than just presenting a theory. that is why you need to have gone out of your way to experience what you are advising your prospects to do, you will sound more convincing that way.

Many affiliates seem only interested in the Daily To-Do list. How can I motivate them to do other activities?

This is a nice question and it is almost a common problem in so many region...
The truth is that many people want to improve their financial status but some of them don't want to pay the price for obvious reasons like.
1) they don't trust the reality of this business so they become sceptical about really taking it serious.
2) some people are afraid to read(don't have the patience to go through the program) They will tell you there are many things to be read and they are probably engaged with some other
things.
3) some of them are not really good with the operations of the internet so it sounds strange & abstract that all of those other things can really be done.
Your solution...
Aside for those who will naturally pick up interest; you should go extra mile, in encouraging others who fall within the category as i mentioned above. By opening up a link to chat with d person. Sale your idea/Biz to him & please be patient to hear him talk then you can be able to know which angle to take
This direct contact could be outside sfi, say Facebook, whatsapp etc.
But in selling your business to your down line, please make sure you have the information and build confidence within yourself...

First I wish to say that any endeavor you will not be proud to discuss and present please do well to stay away from that.
But in extreme cases that is taking into consideration those that are naturally too shy to do anything I suggest that you take a lot of your time to master SFi as your own business make it your thing and affair and you will be surprised at yourself how you can easily discuss it before others

please i wish to say using this medium that how much information you dish out to your down line is dependent on two major factors.
1) The enthusiasm/interest of your PSAs to SFI
2) Your knowledge base in the business; cos there is a saying that no man gives what he doesnt have.
3) How much time you have decided to allot to your SFI business'
In the light of this i will advice to just inttroduce SFI business to your PSAs. make sure you are always available to help them, with their questions, but dont pressure them or allow them see you as being desperate.
please SFI has everything it takes for new affiliates to be well trained, just encourage them to spend time with the basics and launchpad, so that they can discover the business for themselves. Thank you!!

Well as new member in SFI, it is always important to study/read the basics, launchpad and rules of success. while you go through this articles, dont forget to accumulate your points.
make sure you find a way to motivate yourself personally, so as to be disciplined enough to perform an activity daily.
with this you can be sure of success.
