The first thing that comes to my mind is dependency. You don't want your team to become dependent on you for their teams success. As their Sponsor it is important to support your own team. Assisting them in building their team as long as they meet certain criteria. At some point you must turn them loose to likewise do the same for their team after the manner and example you provided them. They must assume the role of a leader and lead by example. The kind of example that brings quality growth to

Hello Readers,..

If Team members take on leadership roles that is a clear sign that they understand SFI and the way SFI works.. It also shows you as their sponsor are doing your work correct.

So in my opinion the importance lies in the fact you can "see" the fruits of your labor !

And team members who are leaders also means growth in your downline without you actually do anything yourself for that.. That will be your residual income over time..

It is your choice, Alvin. You can either do all the work yourself, alone, and that way you can be sure that it gets done just the way you want. Or you can develop and hone your leadership skills by motivating others to help you share the load - and you will all benefit together. If you are not sure which of the options to go for, here's a little experiment that might help you decide. Try clapping with one hand!

In order for SFI to have it's own Team of Leaders that support us, profits would decline drastically. Since our profit is based on THEIR profit, this is not a good idea for us; yet, we must have leaders. By supporting your down-line yourself as a Team Leader, you are helping to improve your own profit, which is why we are all here!

Hope that helps!

Good luck!

It is important to have members on your leadership because you cannot called a leader if you don't have members. In leadership you must first be an example.Your member will see it and they will follow you. LEADERS are LEADER, so better learn much to be a good leader.

It is important to have members who can be leaders!
Members of the leaders of the drivers of all the events, activities of other members!
Not everyone can have lidesku power, because it is the power-to be a leader!
Leaders are leaders who know how to run his charisma and those hardest members to move and work. Leaders know how to. So the more members of the leadership role the better!

I hope that on this question older member will put some efficient comment, because after a longer period like in any other kind of business, result comes after a period of hard work ...
Otherwise, leadership is something that peoples want or try to reach in a life generaly ...
When we talk about leadership in SFI, when you reach it, probably you are on a half trip for a great success ... Never give up and result will come ...
Thats the point of our personal business

Everybody wants to excel and this is achieved by recruiting and making your downline duplicate your actions. In essence you are trying to produce leaders like you, hence giving them leadership roles is just preparing them to be future leaders.

When a team member comes in to the setup initially, there is oblivion of potentiality, through making him/her take a leadership role you're only making the individual realize this potentiality and there you're, you have just ignited the spirit of
