What is the most effective way to communicate with your team?

File ? mode of communication is definitely one to one .However, setting up an internet business does not allow this type of communication.
The main reason is the geographic nature. Quality communication needs mutual willingness to cooperate, we are giving our guidelines PSA and CSA and those who accept our instructions on how to achieve this plan.Most of us are in SFI for fulfilling the set plan and that is to improve the quality of their lives, their family, partners, and our total SFI .........
Our company SFI, has enabled us to many means of communication do not want to mention because smaratm that all of us who approached seriously and devoted himself to the SFI business, knows. Lider is in a position to choose the best tool for communicating with a particular branch.
Each selected mode of communication with the team is good if it produces results, that is, if there is cooperation between the Leader and the Team.

Why it is difficult to convince your PSAs and CSAs to work the business despite all its advantages?

At the very beginning, to understand the advantages offered by SFI Affiliate does not know and does not offer the full vide.Internet kinds of jobs, is full of fraud, many have tasted some of this fraud, and allowed a certain amount of reserves and in reporting to the SFI .I confirm t o the percentage ratio of registered / active branches. SFI leaders have undertaken the task to newly enrolled member of the start of the show all the advantages of staying in SFI: free training, diverse earnings potential, starting from the first days after the registration of the SFI.Other income opportunities in them lies the answer to your question, I would have left leaders to recreate their newly enrolled members, and its ability to motivate be ronmental and dedicated SFI work or earnings.

Should I advise new PSAs to slow down and not qualify as Team Leaders so quickly?

It is my opinion that should be advised not to go as fast as leader,should go step by step.
Advise them should reach the status EA2 and to keep a couple of months
reason:
SFI is a big and serious company.
It takes a lot to learn and work side by side.
New PSA familiar with different ways of working and earning opportunities.
prepare him to create his own team duplication.
indicate that he still has to learn without looking that level is reached.
All of this takes time.
The Council, not the leader quickly, slowly but surely.

We know it is not easy to get a team member who wants to work.We know how much to invest to become our member Ea.
Now comes the answer to your question:
I think that the member who achieves EA is already sufficiently trained and dedicated SFI business, and I wanted to take a leading position in the team.
A larger number of leaders in our team means for the betterment of our various ways, starting with our progress, increase our earnings, a significant status in society.
Conclusion: The Importance of Leadership in a team have a mutual.That's a good sign that our work is correct and successful, as many leaders in the team that we are successful.

target groups, advertising area, and target advertising.
If you specify these three important factors then easy coming up with the answer to your question.
