How can TCredits be used to promote activity in my team?
TCredits are good to be used in your team, you should give some to the PSAs and/or CSAs who are willing to work in SFI and succeed in SFI. Of course that those ones should demonstrate somehow they want this, by their activity. Just willing is not enough. Or, you just may try awarding some TCredits, see what happens and you'll se afterwards if the reciever really deserved them. If yes, he/she will be able to continue without support or with a less support from you,. Also, if you see he didn't use them correctly or he/she abused unfruitful from them, you can explain more and/or renounce helping that PSA/CSA this way

They are a great incentive for rewarding your "action takers."
When you reward one of your team members for their achievements, it shows them that you are sincere and you really care about their success.
It also gives them the incentive to work that much harder.
They also see that you are paying attention to them and that their efforts are not going unnoticed.
Very good question. TCrediti you can help a lot in encouraging new members to work better. Organize competition within the team which will reward you with a 5-10TC those who become EA or some of these leaders (normally it will be bigger number TCredita to achieve a greater level). show your team that you are there for them and always to rejoice in their success because it's your success, encourage their competitive spirit and publish the results every week with finest commendation.

1. You can create a prize game to your team, and prizes are TCredits.
Design method of prize competition,for example : The most active member is the winner.
2.You can help a member when harm one for the status and transfer TCredits to convert
the MRP and got the VP.( sometimes really means a lot ).
