Is it better to promote SFI to friends and family...or to strangers?

HI !
In the beginning I was first recommended to friends and family
but it was not matching items because then all they expect from you something and do not work alone.
They always rely on you and expect that you will be working for them because they're more familiar with the job, just mixed friendship and family ties with the business.
with strangers is easier they immediately realize that this is a job and behave like one.
foreigners and respect, not expect too much from you.
In my team are now all foreigners, and we have a great working relationship and socialize, and all my friends who went to work but have given up after the first month, they say we will do, when do you make money, they are very distrustful and are expecting them to me constantly persuaded that this is the real deal.
But I did not want to waste time I continued to work
So my opinion is that it is better to work with foreigners

When a team member asks a question, and you don't know the answer, how can you get them the best and correct answer?

Hi !
If you do not know the answer to a question tell members, but say that you will try to ask colleagues who have a longer time than you in SFI, and that you will forward the answer, of course, if you get it.
Or you can offer help to look for the answer in the forum or post a question on the forum, and will find someone who knows the answer.
My advice is to always be honest with your members

How can TCredits be used to promote activity in my team?

To promote the activities of the team TCredits can have a good role.
1. You can create a prize game to your team, and prizes are TCredits.
Design method of prize competition,for example : The most active member is the winner.
2.You can help a member when harm one for the status and transfer TCredits to convert
the MRP and got the VP.( sometimes really means a lot ).
