Each sponsor should be the first day of the new members to learn how to best take advantage of possible VP at its disposal.
Teach them that every hour participates in T-time, to become a member of the W3, and not to forget the daily, weekly and monthly tasks and participation in the Daily Grand.
My PSA suggest that mandatory read several times announcement Launchpaid but that does not suit them while preserving the VP for the second or third month of operation (when they become EA reward them a certain number of TC to see how best to use them), this method most of the first 2 months have EA status without problem. Using TC in auctions with double MRP which buy the necessary VP still have plenty of potential VP with to-do list for the maintenance status. The third month is a little harder but more experienced and "versed" knowledge can take a standing order with 125 TC who know already converted to the necessary VP. I hope this will help you, too.

To this question can answer solely from my examples. SFI is the first Internet company that did not fail me in anything. They told me that everything is free and if I want to invest in my business that I can. I got a lot of free opportunities to earn money, and since I was only asked for reading material that I've got to learn how to succeed. I found friends from all over the world who are always willing to help each other, I got a new family. These are all reasons that make me proud to be a part of the SFI.

Hello Nadine, so just tell them the truth. Cyber??-attacks are a conventional means of individuals who want to benefit from to them, so they choose mostly exclusively successful company. Our company is all taken to protect their partners, thus confirming their quality. Our selection of work on the Internet we accept definite difficulties which may arise from this. Basically who has begun to do this job and figured it as their source of income will not give up - in simple terms it would be like to leave the house in which he broke the pipe from the water by the master fixed very quickly solely because it happened.

You ask a very good question that many people coming to the SFI can not fully understand . VP should be understood as a type of their activities in this business. They demonstrate the seriousness of our approach to this work and the basis for advancement. So the first month we have a lot of opportunities to use them and achieve the first objective in their business - to become EA .
The first month is designed as a month of learning and the collection VP lot easier as the reading of the data obtained we learn how to thrive and easiest way to make money in this business. The goal should be achieved in 1500 VP in the first month , and each month , so the VP at our disposal should be very careful. Also need to learn that there are two types of VP sales and action:
1. Sales are collected from the purchase of our or our PRM to Tripleclicks .
2. Action get do the daily, weekly and monthly tasks , but also from our PSA, team members , who have EA2 status. Since every open ECA also gets action VP and more.
To summarize VP are a reflection of our work and the success carried through certain badges we get and determine our status in this business.

Second Tell them how much they have opportunities for additional revenue from advertising and selling products that are already on the list TripleClicka
3rd Tell them the advantage of personal shopping in our store that brings them additional action VP necessary to maintain the status.
4th Encourage them to open their own shop that will increase their budget.

Most contributors come because they attract the possibility of earning no initial investment, but also if explain to them that the purchase W3 start package which is only $ 1.95 (that's the price one coffee) brings them every month TC 5 and 50 MRP (it's 60TC + 600 MRP in a year) with which they can go to the auction or to bid only for the MRP (with a recommendation to do so in double auctions) that can purchase additional TC and earn sales VP (1TC = 126MRP = 102VP) will not be considered invested large money. They may also be encouraged to eventual personal shopping in our store something that should be for yourself and what to buy at a local store if they found with the explanation that here with less cost and earn VP necessary to maintain the status of the majority will agree. The question is very good although it could reformulated as a better quality or quantity? Yet when it comes to selling on TripleClick best to sell what you wanted to find and buy. If the lead time will never go wrong because the price in this regard is irrelevant. Hope this helped at least a little

The question is very good, and my answer is tied to my experience as a quarterly basis sponsors.
Reading and learning livelihoods created my own system of survival as long as possible without standing order. In my humble opinion, is not required before the possibility of switching to a higher ranking with EA2 to BTL and more. Talk about the newest member of the free internet job and after he came talk to him about the benefits of a standing order for me is hypocrisy. Firstly you need to have enough members to maintain each month EA2 status and the constant influx of new ones that will become EA this month.
My members I am learning to follow my example and I am more than satisfied with their access to the job. At the very beginning I informed them that the standing order very good way to help them to confirm their status without a load but to take it out as soon as they have enough new members that can go on BTL

In principle I am against any kind of financial assistance PSA / CSA. primarily because some learn that others spend money on them.
Each sponsor is obligated new members a better appreciation of the ability to profit in this business there are a lot. Publicly commend him for the progress, reward him with a TC to maintain the status EA2 is absolutely enough to get him motivate for further progress.

In our work quality is more important than quantity. if you wondered how well you can work with a living engaging +100 PSA? The truth is that the membership of 100 new realistically you can get about 5-10 quality active members but not guaranteed. A large number of member do it from curiosity about what was going on and the smaller the number of those who really want to do this as a job. My recommendation is to advertise on free sites will probably last longer but will remain your wallet untouched. If you still want to invest in your business, you can put your ad on a paid site but watch that it does not pay more than $ 5. Hope this help you.
