Simply you can organize contests inside your team. You set their goal to be for example to get 3 new PSA-s and the first one who does that gets certain amount of T-Credits from you. This is just an example you can make contest of all kinds, whatever comes to your mind, but don't set goals that are too hard to achieve, that way they might get discouraged and you don't want to that. You can use your Tcredit to reward your PSAs or CSAs who are doing well. You can also set a contest among your PSAs or CPAs or both, and specify the amount of Tcredit you are will to give any member that accomplished the set out target or goals. When using your Tcredit as a reward, make sure you tell your PSAs or CPAs the importances of Tcredit and how they can you it, especially when your PSAs or CPAs are new to SFI.

My thought on how we can use TCredits to better promote and encourage activity within my team will be as follows:

Use it as an incentive or reward when a fellow team member reaches a certain milestone like fast track, EA2 , EA3 , EA6 and or attain team leadership positions like BTL ,STL, GTL or even PTL

Use it as reward in Team Contest

Who has committed to a Standing order or set up ECA business or recruited x number of ECAs or PSAS who are EA2 etc

Some of the uses are:

Use them to reward those hard working affiliates who will help make you a rich person in the future. So whats a few TCredits now compared to what you will get in return? Look upon your gift as an investment for the future.

Use them as prize for a team competition.

You can simply use TCredits to reward your active affiliates to achieve higher goals. It can be used also as motivating tool for those your affiliates to get active daily in attending their TripleClicks account and become attentive in reviewing their affiliate center by showing to them the use of TCredits around TripleClicks like in participating in pribenders auctions, listing products, and other games. Let them know the use of TCredits by directing them to the Mighty TCredits page.

I would encourage you to be very, very careful when providing incentives to your team. After 30 years of experience with 20+ of those being full-time I strongly recommend that incentives be linked to "business building" activities. If you want Income, Time and Location Freedom then you want to build a team based on Affiliates taking results oriented actions. I believe TCredits can be used to promote activity very easily. The way that I have used the TCredits to promote activity is by giving them as gifts to my downline when they perform well.

It is very simple; if they do well, they will receive the credits. I give credits when they advance in rank or do something specific. I figure, it is the easiest way of telling them that I appreciate them.
