Giving T-credits to a member who has a question about how the auctions work or needs to place added member listings to raise money for their standing order can both educate and break down barriers for success.

Giving them as contest prizes for reaching certain goals can be team building and help motivate.

Offering a couple to someone who is semi active may help them decide to get more active in SFI as someone else is investing in them.

The only sad part is the limit on the number of t-credits you can give away is so low that you need to make sure each gift is tied to an action because you may not get a second chance to achieve a solid impact from your generosity.

I am delighted when I receive TCredits from my Sponsor. It really is a motivator for me to keep going.

You can transfer up to 10 TCredits to a team member at a time. When you communicate with a team member, let them know that you will reward them with X number of TCredits, for example, if they reach Executive Affiliate rank by the end of the month. You can also have contests where you reward with TCredits or offer them as an incentive. Just direct your team members to your Leadership page for further information about contests.

When you send TCredits, let your team member know all the things they can do with them.

-Have their own online garage sale at TripleClicks! It only cost 1 TCredit to list an unwanted item for sale.
-Save up TCredits to buy an item at TripleClicks.
-Use TCredits to bid on Pricebenders Auctions.
-Download a song they like from the TripleClicks Music Center for 1 TCredit.
-Transfer TCredits as a reward for affiliates in their own team who are working hard or use as a contest prize.
-Don’t forget, you can also use TCredits to attract new TripleClicks members when you advertise. Explain that TCredits are TripleClicks currency.

Hopefully, when you reward with TCredits, you will motivate your team members to stick around. It feels good to be recognized for a job well done. By sticking around SFI, your team member will get to learn more about SFI and know that it is a REAL business where they can grow a residual income.

So tell your team that they can use TC credits for:
1.Biding on auctions.For each bid they will get 1vp and 5mrp points(in DPB auctions 10mrp).After that with 126mrp they can buy 1TC credit and they will get 102vp points for free.At the end they can win auction and get TC credit packs,PSA-s,CSA-s,IAHBE ect.
2.They can list products in ECA store and get 1vp and 5mrp for each product
3.With TC credits they also can play Pick the Price or Time Machine Zackpot
4.They can transfer 10 TC credits in total to their PSA-s or CSA-s and help them or encourage them
5.Ih they buy some TC credit pack from Tripleclicks they will get VP points which are crucial for maintaining their EA status

On the other hand there are many options to get TC credits for free.Every affiliate can win free TC credits on Daily Grand,T-time winner,E365 Championship,Pick the Price.Wave3 membership is also very useful because each Wave3 member have 5TC credits and 50 mrp points every month.

There are many benefits with Tcredits and it the Most Valuable at times when you hear demotivation from your Downline members.By winning in T-time Draw you earns Free 2 Tcredits.But if you want to buy it, for 1 it costs 1.89 $ .Many affiliates does not like to transfer Tcredits by purchasing, i mean spending from our pocket for a hopeless benefit.So to motivate downlines commonly we use free methods, the TCredits that we won from T-time draws or if we have More from Standing orders.Here are some ways you can use to promote activity :

1. To give downlines confident in their work by transferring TCredits
2. To show that you are an Awesome Sponsor , As they read from Articles.
3. Helping them understanding About bidding
4. Helping them to List Products at TripleClicks

TCredits are vital for using TripleClicks as a seller and as a buyer.
Now, as a EA (at least) and team leader, you get 10 FREE TCredits per month!
You can use those to REWARD your team members who have been involved and generated sales and commissions by ASSIGNING GIFT TCredits (from geneaology) as an incentive to use TripleClicks actively. Advise your team to:

1) Use your GIFT TCredits to list something for sale (cost 1 TC)
2) Use your GIFT TCredits to BID on something

Once they start using TCredits, tell them on how they earn MRP and how that can be used to buy stuff, including TCredits, for FREE in TripleClicks and still get VPs. Get them involved in TripleClicks, buying and selling, and show them how (use a simple Excel) with a few sales by them and their downlined EVERYONE will benefit!

I like to use a E-card when I notify them of their gift.Then congratulate them on their success so far.

Before I send the card,I always look and see what they need to do next.

Many times they have not filled out their profile over at T connect.

Then I see if they joined the Wave3 program at TripleClicks yet.

Since neither one of these actions are hard to do,I send them detailed directions how to complete them.

Then I say, be sure and ask for details on completing anything you need help with,because I am here daily to help you.

A word of caution. When you give ANY reward, be sure there is activity behind it. Just giving out TCredits, Gift Certificates or other items to "help" your struggling team member is usually a waste. If there is no work going on, don't reward them. They will soon be gone, and so will your money. If they do stick around, they will be wanting "help" every month. Setting goals and THEN rewarding the action is the best practice.

You can’t promote activity in your Team to use T-Credits only as there is a certain limit to give T-Credits to your downline members. You can increase a few with the special permission of SFI to submit a ticket to the affiliate desk but not in bulk quantity. This will not serve your purpose to promote the activity of your Team members as with a few T-Credits they will not able to grow their business

But to promote activity in your Team you have to issue TripleClicks Gift Certificate. You can help your downline members to be a Wave3 member to get free T-Credits & MRP per month, make a standing order, buy products from TC to get sales and action VP both. In this way your Team members will able to increase their activity and to grow their business
