What is the best way to begin a new month in SFI and achieve success?

The best way to begin a new month in SFI is to place a standing order, that is, if you have not done so. With a standing order of 1500 VP, you are sure to be or maintain your EA rank. Also, try and read all the information provided by SFI and put it into action.
Always log-in into your account and do the actions on your To Do list with that alone, you are sure of 11 VP every single day, and you know that the more VP you have the more you increase your rank and pay out.
Is it possible to be successful in SFI even when your PSAs and CSAs do not work or have stopped working?

Yes, you can be successful. Although our affiliates contributes to our success, but we can still make it because the actions we take every single day determines how successful we will become in SFI. i am an example, i have inactive affiliates but i still make to Executive and Executive2 and may be by the end of this month, I will become a Bronze Team Leader.
All you have to do is to try your best to motivate your affiliates and leave the rest to faith.
Remember always log-in and do the Actions on your To Do List and read other informational articles.

How can TCredits be used to promote activity in my team?

You can use your Tcredit to reward your PSAs or CSAs who are doing well. You can also set a contest among your PSAs or CPAs or both, and specify the amount of Tcredit you are will to give any member that accomplished the set out target or goals. When using your Tcredit as a reward, make sure you tell your PSAs or CPAs the importances of Tcredit and how they can you it, especially when your PSAs or CPAs are new to SFI.
