I am STL from the month I joined and there are a few key methods that are important to follow in order to become (and maintain the rank of) Team Leader.

I have listed the most important transactional methods below but first and foremost it is important to understand that you will only achieve extraordinary results if you are comfortable with the concept of DUPLICATION. Only if your affiliates are successful and mirror what you are doing, you will be an effective Team Leader.

I spend at least half of my time and efforts on coaching my affiliates and helping them to gradually progress in the SFI program. Remember, communication is key, especially for Team Leaders. Use Groupmails frequently and try the new and very effective E-Cards to engage with your affiliates.

Further, I make sure to always (i.e. daily) earn transactional VersaPoints. The most important actions are

. Complete daily/weekly/monthly actions. Always.

. Play Eager Zebra games every day to score both, TCredits and VersaPoints.

. Bid on Pricebenders auctions every day and earn 500 VersaPoints per month.

. Submit your own answers to ASK SC. You can score a LOT of VersaPoints if your answers are rates as popular.

I find the followings useful for me in order to easily qualify as a Team Leader every month.
Hope it will as well for you:

Sales VPs:

First of all, my strong advice is to activate a SO of 125 TCredits; that will give you 1500 VPs and assure your EA qualification on autopilot.

Also, you can participate in Double MRP auctions. You can easely make other 510 VPs.

That gives you 2010 VPs as Sales VPs so far.

Anyway, your commissions and sales VPs must be obtained mainly from...sales, so whatever happends, you must advertise TripleClicks every single day, free or paid, just advertise...!

Action VPs:

You must do your Daily, Weekly and Monthly action on your VP Ledger, w/o missing any point. You can make 497/508 VPs, pending 30/31 days on a month.

100 VPs for your monthly SO.

1 VP each/max 500 per month for bidding in Pricebenders Penny Auctions.

Participate in Each Eager Zebra game, Time Machine and Pick The Price, max. 200 VP/month.

And finally, but not the last, you will be rewarded for EA2/TL in your team. This is in fact the best solution, a DUPLICATION result:

100 VPs for support of each personally sponsored EA2 ;
150 VPs for support of each personally sponsored Bronze Team Leader;
200 VPs for support of each personally sponsored Silver Team Leader;
250 VPs for support of each personally sponsored Gold Team Leader;
300 VPs for support of each personally sponsored Platinum Team Leader.

This is a very important question. A Team Leader is certainly going to make profit in SFI and they’re most likely be filled with enthusiasm and therefore a lot of activities in his/her team.

The best way to become a Team Leader:

- First understand the SFI BASICS. Without this principle, you’ll never get to the Team Leader rank.

On your first day, concentrate in accumulating VPs. Your goal is to score 1500 VP and become Executive Affiliate (EA). Log in daily performing your To-Do List. In your first month, explore the SFI tools and resources, focus on the methods of sponsoring and start applying what you learned. Collecting VPs on our second or succeeding months will be a lot tougher without Standing Order (SO). If you can afford to place an SO, I recommend IAHBE or 125 pack TCredits. By doing this you can concentrate in building your team. Never miss a day in performing your To-Do List, you’ll need every action VP in moving up to TL.

- Focus on Duplication. Set aside a budget for sponsoring. Write down your goal of how many PSAs you’re going to sponsor every month. This is where your much needed action VP will come in for qualifying to become a TL. For support of each personally sponsored EA2: 100 VP, BTL: 150; STL 200; GTL: 250; PTL: 300.

- Teach your team of EA2s, TLs to do the same. Communication is vital in this phase. You need to establish a close relationship within your team. Follow up, inspire, encourage and give rewards/incentives to your movers.

When you develop Team Leaders in your team, your building security for yourself and this means residual income stream.

Team leadership is something every affiliate in SFI ideally expects to attain at some point or another. Like everything else particularly in a business like SFI, being a leader confers some form of privileges which are highly beneficial to the affiliate as an Internet Entrepreneur. That is why every affiliate who is serious with his/her business craves to be a Team Leader in SFI at some point or another.

Like everything else which is beneficial, you do have to work real hard and smart to be a Team Leader in SFI. The stages are Bronze Team Leader, BTL, Silver Team Leader, STL, Gold Team Leader, GTL and Platinum Team Leader, PTL.

To attain BTL you need 3000 VPs for the month from sales and action points.
To attain STL you need 4000 VPs for the month from sales and action points.
To attain GTL you need 5000 VPs for the month from sales and action points.
To attain PTL you need 6000 VPs for the month from sales and action points.

Depending on your plans and targets, you can take action monthly to earn VPs from sales and action points in the following ways:

1. Sales VPs of up to 2000 VPs can be obtained either from Standing Order or Direct Sales from TripleClicks shop for the month.

2. Action VPs can be earned as follows:
- Daily To-Do list actions to get up to 310 VPs for the month.
- Eager Zebra games participation, up to 200 VPs for the month.
- Take part in Pricebenders Penny Auctions to earn up to 500 VPs for the month.
- TC music down load, up to 50 VPs for the month.
- Member listing, up to 50 VPs for the month.
- PSA Mailer, up to 120 VPs for the month.
- Reviewing your T-connect page, up to 20 VPs per month.
- Submitting stream posts, up to 10 VPs for the month.
- Unlimited VPs from your PSAs who make EA2 or above for the month at 100-300 VPs per such PSA.
- Unlimited VPs for submitting best, second best or third best ASK SC answers.
- Unlimited VPs can be won from Daily Grand draws.
- Unlimited VPs from reviewing TripleClicks shop products.

All these constitute the things every affiliate can do every month to attain team leadership. Depending on your aims for the month, you now know what to do to get what you want.

There are several ways to become a Team Leader in SFI with or without much investment.

A person who aspire to become a Team Leader and aim for that status, do only when he or she has got a good and active downline at various levels under them and otherwise, I think, it will be a futile effort to become a Team Leader without an active team to boast of.

To become a Team Leader, I will take the example of Bronze Team Leader to earn all the true benefits till the level of six, I don’t think that an affiliate will have to put much effort to reach that status. To reach the status of BTL, there are two segments with regard to Versa Points, Out of required 3000 Versa Points, you can earn upto maximum 2000 Sales Versa Points by way purchases . Then comes the role of Action Versa Points. Apart from collecting your free daily/weekly/monthly Action Versa Points which comes to around 500 odd Action VPs every month, the remaining points can be earned by way of participating in PriceBender Auctions (up to 500 Vps per month, one VP per bid) . If you are not inclined to participate in Auctions, then you can earn those points by way of distributing Gift Cards (up to 300 VPs per month, one pack consists of 30 Gift Cards and by issuing them, you can earn 10 Action VPs per card (30 * 10 = 300) and by other ways.

Moreover, if you have a Standing Order with SFI for any product which can earn you 1500 or more Versa Points per month, then you are entitled to get 100 Action Versa Points as Bonus per month. There are many other avenues too through which you can accumulate more and more Action Versa Points like Reviewing new products, for top answers in SC Ask, participating in Games, downloading music, listing of products on your ECA, Reassigning your PSAs who have earned at least 600 VPs during the last 90 days to your downline,etc.

If you wish to go for higher grades in Team Leaders like STL, GTL or PTL, the requirement of Action Points will be substantially increased like 2000, 3000 and 4000 Action VPs respectively.

Nevertheless, I will suggest you concentrate on team building first before you think of becoming a Team Leader. If you have an active team, then they will provide those invaluable Action Points aplenty to make you a Team Leader and then you don’t need to rely on any other ways to reach for that status. Always do remember, no Leader can enjoy the true benefits of Team Leader status for long term unless they have an active and successful team under their belt and hence, enjoy the benefits through fair means.

Become a functioning Executive Affiliate

Becoming a Bronze Team Leader is like being a leader in training.

As pointed out in the Rules of Success, treat SFI as a business. Complete your Getting Started, Intermediate and most of your Advanced Actions within your first two months. Finish your Launch Pad Lessons within your first 30 days. Take these lessons seriously and follow the Rules of success. Lead by example.

You will recieve additional points your first two months for staying above the Green Line. There are benefits of becoming a Bronze Team leader as soon as possible but it is not nessasary. SFI AWARDS you second home CSAs and a$10 bonus (TL2): becoming a Bronze Team Leader is the foundation of SFI Leadership Training, not so much about BEING an awesome leader! Set the example and become an awesome sponsor.

Sign in everyday and complete your to-do list

Complete all the weekly and monthly actions

Maximize your sales and purchasing VesaPoints (2000)

You can make Bronze or Silver within your first two months but we recommend not stressing over it. Use your first two months being an active Exexcutive Affiliate. By the end of your second month becoming a Bronze Team Leader is the next logical step and very close at hand. We have not even set up our standing order yet, have acquired one active PRM and have been awarded 7 CSAs; this is our second month. It looks like we will make Bronze at the end of this month by buying 3 T-Credits, set to make TL2 by the end of Next month.

We plan to achieve Bronze every month after our first two months by:

1. Completing our daily, weekly and monthly actions (over 400 VP)

2. Maximizing our sales and purchasing VP (we will set up our standing order: 2000VP for our order of T-Credits and 100 VP for having a Standing Order)

3. Participating in Pricebenders Auctions by maximizing the number of bids to VP (500 bids for 500 VP). As part of our building strategy we will focus first on T-Credit Auctions, then CSA and PSA auctions and Gift Cards and Items we can resell; in that order.

Again, this is more about setting our example of what we expect from CSAs and PSAs on our extended team. We plan to meet the requirements of Silver team Leader by finding PSAs that are willing to follow our example and recruiting CSAs in our area that can help us advertise for more PRMs.

We will continue to advertise and expose the SFI opportunity as often and in as many places as possible. We will continue to review our lessons and read new material for our personal growth and development. We will always be grateful and supportive: working hard to reach our goals and staying focused.

Yes all these are essential because as a leader you should know the basics of SFI program. But what good will all this knowledge and information be if you are a leader without a team.

My suggestion is to commence advertising/marketing both online and offline, using all the gateways provided to you by SFI immediately you become an EA. Your leadership training begins with the 2 CSAs that are given by SFI in recognition of your achievements. Do not depend on the CSAs provided by SFI. You must advertise and recruit PSAs. Use all or any methods available in your locale. The W3 decal is another tool you can use. You can also use the W3 X cards, TC Gift Cards, brochures, flyers for advertising offline.

Build your downline team. What good is a Leader if he does not have a team to lead?
To summarize. advertise and recruit.

To become a TEAM Leader one needs a minimum 3000 VersaPoints out of which a minimum of 1000 Action VP and 1500 Sales/Purchase VP are a must. And add up the remaining Vps from any type of Vps to reach 3000 VPs or beyond.

How best these Vps can be achieved are as follows:

Purchase/Sales VPs:

1. Place a Standing Order of 125 TCredits which will give 1500 Purchase VPs.

2. Participate in Double MRP Auction in which you'll require only 63 TCredits giving
you 630 MRP for buying 5 x 1 TCredits (1 TCredit= 126 MRP = 102 VP) that will give
510 VPs.


ACTION VPs:

Action VPs are more harder to find compared to Sales/Purchase VPs, so one needs to do
the To-Do list everyday without leaving a single point.

1. Gather Action VPs from Daily, Weekly and Monthly actions without missing a single
day (say, 497 VPs for the month of April, 2014)

2. Placing of Standing Order of 1500 VPs would give 100 Action VPs.

3. Lead at least three of your PSAs to their EA2 Ranks which will give 100 Action
VPs each totalling 300 VPs.

4. For the 63 BIDs you placed in the Double MRP Auction you would earn 63 Action VPs.

Now you would have Purchase VP=2010 and Action VP=960

5. Participate in Pricebenders auctions with the remaining 67 TCredits till your Action
VPs (you need only 40 BIDs more) reaches 1000.

NOW you are a TEAM Leader.
