Hi,
becoming a team leader is rather easy job, especially at the beginning of your SFI business. Maintaining this status is harder part of the work.
Best way to become a Team Leader is the hardest one at the same time. To enroll PSA's that will become at least EA2 and to maintain that status. For each EA2 or team leader as your PSA, you get Versa points and maintain your team leader status.
It is enough to make 1500 VP and you get 2 CSAs automatically. To keep them you should become an EA every month again and again and each month you rebecome an EA you get 2 more CSAs. So, having CSAs-namely members in your downline whom you have to teach to do what you do to earn commissions, means you have a team. And you are Co-Sponsor and their leader
The best way to become a team leader is that you are always ready to help your team, for example, I like to send group messages, and so I always know that I'm doing well with employees, review the genealogy, check the activity at the end of the day and send an encouraging message, I also like to send Cards that are very wise it's a very nice post

The Best Way to become a team leader is to get 500 t credits and 30 gift cards along with your 2,000 points you should by going to the auction. That will get you to 2,800 plus you have your daily weekly points and aim to get your five PSA members same monthly. Just build up your dowline at sfi every month and get your PSA members doing the same ass yourself.
First of all there's nothing like 'the best way'. Its all dependent to each individual's understandings, thinkings, and creative ideas. And to become a TL one must depend on SFI's homepage activities for a complete 30 days with the LAUNCHPAD each day.
Then the 2nd month onwards, no one needs to instruct him/her. Because that individual is completely ready for the BEST!

You must earn Sales VP as well as Action VP in order to become a Team Leader. It is very important to earn all the Action VP that you can so that you will qualify for Team Leader rank each month that it is possible.
Once you begin Sponsoring PSA's and begin receiving CSA's upon qualifying as an Executive Affiliate you should begin to plan on earning the necessary Sales and Action VP to reach the rank of Bronze Team Leader. Send a Team Mail message each week to earn 30 Action VP. Becoming a Bronze Team Leader will be good because your Team will see that you are a Team Leader. As a Bronze Team Leader you will receive one share of Second Home CSA's each month that you qualify as a Bronze Team Leader; this will help you to build your Team even larger and you may even receive an EA2 or a Team Leader as one of your Second Home CSA's!
