I suggest you start by determining the market you want to target. Ideally this is a niche market, so you do not have to compete with the same products your fellow ECAs are offering.

Do some research on what is trending on Google and then see if these items are already listed on TripleClicks. Use the ‘Advanced Search’ options to get an overview.

In a nutshell: Be very active and don’t rush things.

Log in daily and complete your tasks without exception. Familiarize yourself with the various tips and leads and together with the tasks you do, you will remain in contention in the championship.

Ideally you want to contact a prospective ECA face to face, as this form of direct communication is most effective.

It is your job as a sponsor to assist your downline in getting an answer to their questions.

If I’m being asked and not sure of the answer, I would start searching for insights on SFI myself. The FORUM is the perfect place. Most questions have been asked AND answered before. Only if I don’t find the answer there, I would ask my sponsor or other members of my Upline. This really works and so far I have always managed to get back to my affiliates with a helpful answer.

TCredits can be offered as a reward or incentive for your most active and hardworking affiliates. It’s an effective way of motivating your affiliates while helping them to progress in SFI.

You could consider starting a contest among your PSAs and CSAs and specify the amount of TCredits you will award to any member that accomplishes the set goals (e.g. earning EA or TL status or for opening a Standing Order).
