How do you deal with PSAs who you offer unconditional support but still rate you poorly?

My first response is to contact the Affiliate and ask for clarification of their concerns and/or questions. I then address those concerns and/or questions to the best of my ability. If the Affiliate continues to rate me poorly I'll be honest in that I no longer pay attention to their ratings. If we, as Affiliates, want to be successful we must stay focused on producing results. As a team lead or sponsor it is important to understand what type of support the PSA requires from not only you but from SFI.

Every affiliate is looking for something slightly different when he or she joined SFI so it is good leadership practice to take some time to review each PSA's profile and communicate with each to better understand what they need help with or how you may assist.

Remember your "rating" is simply a snap-shot of how the PSA perceives you. As a

Communication is they key to understanding your affiliates, in other words, supporting your affiliates is about taking the time to understand what kind of help they need from you in the first place. Maybe you should email each one of them individually to find out why they gave you a poor rating.

You may have the best intentions but, but you are probably making mistakes and don't even realize it, so maybe you should read about the do's and don't of being a sponsor to see what you are

Send them a message thanking them for their rating. Here is a sample of what I send.

"Hi, Thank you so much for your much appreciated rating. I consider feedback from my members to be my best assist. I realize that I have a lot I can improve on, so I would appreciate any help you could give me to improve my ability to serve you better.

Thanks again,

Sincerely."

Firstly I would look back and check if I really provided good and unconditional support. Was my sponsor strategy appropriate? I would check Be an awesome sponsor article again and check if I was actually realistic when thinking of myself as an awesome sponsor.
One of these things and these have already been discussed here is how often you communicate with affiliates. Good sponsor should not been perceived as boring and pushy. So there should be a balance.

I will deal my PSAs who rate me poorly even I offer them unconditional support are as follows:

first: I'll continue what support I'm extending to them and study more about S F I business so that I can mail to them good points for the growth of our business. I will just take their poor rating as a constructive critics so that I can improve my leadership

Second: I'll just elevate myself as their sponsor as to knowledge/learning/income/support so that next month or next next

How do I deal with PSAs who I offer unconditional support but still rate me poorly?

Initially, I feel hurt and unappreciated. I’m only human. But then when I sit down and think about it, I begin to rationalise and think in my PSAs position.

To my PSAs I am a nobody, only their Sponsor assigned to them by SFI, whom they do not know personally so they have no reason to feel duty bound to give me a good rating.

First of all, stop offering unconditional support. Simply let them know you are there to help them as much as you can. Let them know that you are growing in this business with them, and if you don't have the answers you will try and find them. It let's them know that they can't expect perfection from you, and that you will do your best to help them as they need your help.

Be careful about making promises because people will certainly hold you to it. It's okay to be flawed, but not too

Hi,
So many factors may be responsible for this happening, such as inexperience, a genuine mistake, system or network issue etc.

I have had to rate my sponsor and co-sponsor so high my very early months when in fact both of them neither contacted me, even till date. When I realized what rating truly means, I changed my rating for the two of them to the lowest. in this case it was inexperience

Sad to hear this. In your PSAs point of view your unconditional support might be too much. You would not be able to create a good and health team environment if you are irritated with such a negative/poor rating and later loss focus.

If I were on your shoes, I would highly appreciate my PSAs giving me a poor rating since this gives me a room for self improvement and extend my understanding. If I would comment on myself, I might brag and would never say negative comments of my personality.
