Rating is a subjective matter like any other credit ratings and not everyone can be pleased. You provide all the necessary support and yet some affiliates rate you below par.

The support provided should not be curtailed just because you were rated poorly by your PSAs.

Continue to work with them providing the maximum support you can. As they progress they will appreciate your support and rate you favourably next time around.

Perhaps motivate them further with some

It is best to continue treating them unconditionally. They are the ones who have different levels of appreciations of things or support extended to them particularly relating to SFI for this concern. Remember that individual differences prevail between individuals. If you can influence another person, that’s another elevation to your leadership skills scoring.

Continue sending them supportive messages and in no way, if they will see your consistency, they will appreciate you and for

Hi Ronald

Firstly we need to extrapolate slightlyon your question and offer you say that you offer UNCONDITIONAL SUPPORT.

in My langusge this means that you will help however you are able wherever you are able to and it means definitely that there are no conditions applied.
So Help cannot be offered with a reply to a request like "DO this or do that" and "I am sorry I cannot help you if you don't do this or do that"
That is not unconditional !

A s a sponsor I will guide and support my affiliate by all means. I cannot lay an conditions for supporting them. In spite of my best efforts in supporting them affiliates may rate us poorly. This is because
1. The guidance I am giving them is not effective
2 My affiliates may not have understood what I say.
3 My standard of guiding them may be higher to them
4 I may not be crisp to the point
5.Above all some affiliates do not follow us. they do not read our mails.
6.They

Your best action would be to check all you have done to help your PSAs. If you are confident that you have truly given them the best leadership you can, do not concern yourself with their opinion overmuch. I would suggest you ask them in a friendly tone (using email or some such that will remain private for them) what you could do to be more helpful to them. It is possible you might have missed something that would have helped them better. If they have no good answer or suggestion for you, continue

In SFI many of us learn how to be leaders. This rating gives us a feedback of sorts and tell us how good or bad we are. Make no mistake, this rating has many positive aspects. One of them being feedback which in turn tells you that you need or need not to improve your sponsor performance.

Now, what to do with people who in your opinion do not appreciate your work? Well, there are two sides to every story. You may only think you are doing great, but your PSA may think you are not so great.

Dear Ronald,

We should react with those PSA politely and try to understand what the reason is.
This is the point where team leaders can success.

As per my concern following may be reason for poor rating.
1. Your communication not understanding – check the language difference
2. Way of communication
3. Medium of communication
4. May be your communication disturbing – repeating the same thing again and again

From poor rating we should understand

The best thing would be to contact them and find out what they expect of you. A single poor rating could be explained by a slip of the finger. However if the rating continues its best to get in touch. Only then would you be able to able to know if you are overlooking anything or if they have specific needs; you may be surprised they want to be spoon-fed. Some expect to earn without doing a thing.
If the poor rating continues, the best thing is to ignore them and focus on growing your business.

Simply put - I do not deal with them. Rather, I deal with myself. We have in our teams many people from many cultures and countries. Some will not be willing to openly admit that they might be struggling to make progress despite an awesome sponsor.

External pressures affect us all, some more than others. Take no offense if people do not rank you highly rather seek out anything that might benefit from review and revision that is in our own power to deal with is my way of dealing with this.

Hi there,
This is my input. People are people and you can never satisfy everyone. I am sure that you are aware of the duties of being a Team Leader, and no doubt you are fulfilling that. Remember that each month you are required to send a CSA mailer, continue to do just that. At SFI your upline sponsor will have evidence of you working with your team members. Maybe those who give you low ratings are those who expect you to hold their hands and lead them every step of the way. There is no
