My experience in this area involved a PSA whom I had reassigned more than 60 to because of his efforts in building his team. Did get complements on my efforts and rewards which later turned into the opposite actions of threats, lack of proper actions on my part, and a request to be transferred to another Sponsor and taking the reassigns to the new Sponsor.

This individual was from another country and we had a communication and maybe cultural misunderstandings. I suggested he review the

In response to this question the first thing that came to mind was this saying by Abraham Lincoln, “You can please some of the people some of the time all of the people some of the time some of the people all of the time but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”

Simple quote but profound especially when you are in any type of leadership role. No matter how hard you try to support, guide or train your team there will always be those that are never satisfied with your

SFI is designed for any affiliate to discover his/her potential to achieve his dreams and goals. Our interaction in dealing with each other whether we are in a team or affiliates alike will determine what kind of environment and atmosphere we are portraying in the SFI community and on the online /offline world.

How do you relate yourself to your affiliates, despite your unconditional support will rate you poorly? Consider the following points:

1. Being a Team Leader/Co-Sponsor,

Gery Carson has very appropriately kept this requirement for all the leaders specially for BTLs as you need to be useful, helpful and even grateful to your affiliates whether PSAs or CSAs as SFI is a team work and you are their leader, but your income depends upon their hard work & investment too.

Firstly you do your part of providing unconditional support, help, guidance to your PSAs and CSAs. The day will come when you will win over their heart & they won’t rate you poor any

Dealing with PSAs who rate you poorly despite your unconditional support is similar to dealing with negative rejection of this business by people you show the business to, and yu just must realize that no matter what you do, some people have a negative attitude. Don't let this stop you. Just keep on showing kindness and love to them. Try to understand why there is a challenge. Maybe there is a language barrier. Maybe there is a misunderstanding. Maybe the person thinks you should hand out gifts

Contact the PSA(s) in question and ask them what you need to do as a Sponsor in order to get the best rating each month.

Communication is key! Are you actually providing your PSA with help or are you simply offering your help? Have you asked your PSA(s) why they decided to join SFI? Do you know their goals for the business?

In order to help your PSA(s) you need to find out what they need help with and together you can come up with a plan to build their business. Your job from

I have been never rated here yet and have 4 PSA only at the moment, but the general principle is that YOU should know what you are doing well and where are your flaws if any.

Both the business and other sectors I come from are quite merciless - nothing like here in SFI. Therefore I am likely to expect too much from my team - not more than from myself, but what is normal for me, may be painful for them.

I should be aware of that and be ready to get dissatisfaction in exchange.

This is a very unique question. I can say for my own sponsor. Apart from sending me group mails which benefit him, he did not care to write to me or answer a single mail of the lot I have written to him. So obviously, I would rate him the lowest one, right?

On the other hand, I was very fortunate to have one co-sponsor who is very active and caring. Naturally I give her the highest possible rating.

The question is what do you do when you help your affiliates a lot but they rate

Hi Concern Affiliate,

If you are giving unconditional support to your PSAs and you are poorly rated it is inevitable that it does not become a concern to you. One of the things you may need to look into is your communication with the individual; how well do you understand the business needs of the individual, is he/she getting the support that is really needed for them to see a brighter future. One other thing you may do to help you deal with the situation is to use your Affiliate Manager's

1. Find out the reason why. Then do your best to take care of it.
You may be getting a bad rating for reasonsyou never thought of such as your team wanting to see payment within a few hours of working with SFI. For reason that you as a sponser have no control over. so just keep asking and find out why you get a bad rating so you can fix it.

2. You would be surprised at the why some people give you a bad rating. Your affiliates may be looking for support that does not fit into the
