If a member registered in SFI they are member of Triple Click also. So we need to guide them what are the ways to earn through triple click.

The best way to stay in contact with PSAs & CSAs is understand their need and help them if they feel your support is use full for them they will keep in touch with you also you can communicate with them

We should decide it watching their VP ledger how to communicate & contact them.
If we feel we should give some extra guidance to lead them we can send 2-3 message. Remember maximum of 3 messages sufficient if we sending more mails and repeated messages it give negative impact.

If your PSAs & CSAs are active then one weekly support message is sufficient.

Medium of contact we can use Group Mail, CSA Mail, PSA Mail , online chat from SFI Site.

Except these we can use SKYPE, GTALK, FACE BOOK etc

It is very good question.

In a simple word unnecessary communication will leads to negative impact.
Effective communication is necessary for success in modern life.
If the communication is not effective and like chit chat it will not reach to our goal.
Depends on communication we can grow up or down.
Here there are two types of communication - inbound communication and outbound communication.
If a person is successful in inbound communication they can success in outbound communication.
That means they have proper knowledge about the subject what they are talking about.
Inbound communication means communicate with him first and find out the answer before communication to other.
If we are talking about a company communicate with in that company first and collect all information which is required to communicate with others. It may through reading discussion etc.

How to communicate with down line affiliates.
As per SFI procedure we should send one team mail at least once in a week.
We should send this to all PSAs & CSAs, the message should contain an attraction to sleeping PSAs & CSA to awake and restart their work. This will help you get weekly 30 action points.
But this message should be small, attractive & it should motivate them to contact you if they have any doubt.
After this we should watch movers tab and find out PSAs and CSAs who are active.
Visit their VP ledger through genealogy and study where they are correct and where they need help & guide them in proper way. For this you should earn this knowledge though inbound communication.
After that give only the tips to correct those potion where you feel they need help.
If they feel your suggestion good for them they will start contacting you if they need any support.
Also give reminders to active PSAs and CSAs if they are missing any daily actions and weekly actions.
Do not send repeated message again and again it will give negative impact.
This way we can make a friendly attitude with our down line team members & build a good team with team spirit.
This team will share their ideas to each other.

If you need to get complete benefit of your TC you should be a TEAM LEADER that means you should score 3000 VP (Action VP – 1000 (min) & sales/purchase VP 2000 (max)

Then you can send TC to your PSA & CSA and help them to achieve EA2 or BTL status. You will get benefits of their action through Matching VP & Commission

Matching VP means you will get the benefit of all the VP scored by your PSA & CAS

They can use TC for following to earn VP
Up to 500 TC for Auction
Up to 50 TC for Product listing
Up to 200 TC for Eager Zebra Game

First I would like to answer the second question why not.
My concern about this question, it’s completely depends on the students.
A students (their parents) main motive is to complete their education in good level.
If they start earning when they matured there is a chance to drop their studies and concentrate on earning only.
It may result problem in their family.
If we are taking about the first question why
SFI is a good platform for a student who is focusing on business studies.
SFI is a good learning center if a student is taking it in such way.
Use it to upgrade their knowledge only using their leisure time.
The same time they can earn some pocket money for their expenses.
Finally my opinion is if we are introducing an 18 year old student in this program better we should study their background & family status.
That means if a student is taking it in good manner it’s good otherwise it’s bad.

Definitely it is a good if aim is good.

Not only for collecting 5 VP but also for your success through your PSAs success.

That means if the transfer is for the progress of that PSA that is good.

The transferring PSA should be active, at least signing in regularly.

It will resolve the language issue and all of you can grow an escalating level in SFI as a good team.
