Everybody is good in having a face to face approach with others.I can say that the following factors prevents us from having a face to face approach.
1 Fear Fear for others is a main feature that inhibits one from approaching others. Here we fear to approach because of our inability to assess ourselves.we will think about 1000 ifs and so s before our approach
2. When you are backed up by a strong well known product how come you will not be good at approaching a person
3.In any type of marketing those who do not speak up , have very slim chanced of survival in the market.
So plan how your are going to APPROACH
plan how you are going to PRESENT
if you approach and present yourself in a way and if others are impressed with you ,this is a success for you.

I'm an ECA wanting to sell my products internationally. How do I determine how much to charge for shipping to other countries that is fair to both me and my customers?

Products can be shipped out by air cargo or by air courier. In domestic market it can be sent by local pick up couriers.
While determining the cost of shippin charges,, most of the aircargo and air couriers have a standard rate based on weight of the package and the space it occupies.For fragile products there is a separate standard rates.
Thus by collecting rates from different operators you can fix up your shipping charges. some operators also offer discounts based on the bussiness you give.

As a person of over fifty fives, I do spend over 4 to 6 hours in SFI. Its because I learn a lot from forum,movers playing games and participating in auctions.

The leader has to be a go getter and self propelled.
The leader has to show the way and pass on what all the leader has learnt.

Discus daily tips and weekly success tips with them.Create a feel among them that the progress during the past week was mainly due to the contribution from them.
