I have affiliates who are inactive. Is it a good idea or bad idea to reassign them to my active affiliates?
Even if your CSA or PSA's seems to be inactive, they had a reason for joining SFI. Maybe they are busy with work or family commitments. Keep sending them encouragement and help them to see that SFI and Tripleclicks will help them build a better future,they could be your next best TL!

You will get 5 VP if the reassigned affiliate scored 600 VP or above. It is not a good idea at all. Always assign your most active to another active. You want to keep the momentum going and build a strong downline.

Reassigning an affiliate is never a bad idea. It gives you 5VP just by doing it and it boosts the morale of your downline by having a generous sponsor. This will also help your PSA's and CSA's in gaining more VP, especially if they don't have any downline because they can now earn VP through weekly tasks of mailing to their team. This will also teach them to monitor their downline and will help greatly in improving their communication skills.

Each and every member of SFI whether active or inactive must want the Business for themselves with SFI offering a platform for members to move on. You can not force a bull to drink water on guidning it to the river. Stop wasting your time on such non-motivated members and focus on those that are active.
It is a good ideal you never know they just might make them a winner but you also need to help build your down line so you also need to put workers below them also.
I did that once, and now both are inactive. I had thought that giving the potential team leader a downline to work with would encourage him, but when the person I reassigned to stayed inactive it discouraged him. And I also discouraged the person I reassigned.
My advice would be to keep working with the inactive affiliate. Keep sending them regular team mail encouraging them. Try to build them into a active contributing SFI member. In the interim, reassign a more active affiliate. They will help the affiliate you assign them to more and be less likely to shut down on you. That way everyone gains.

Inactive affiliates can become active once they realize that other programs aren't working out for them. Give them to your active affiliates and allow them to introduce themselves and it might be the just the ticket to get them going, once they see that they have support from other leaders.

Second - the part from your inactive affiliates you can reassign to 1 or more active affiliate through a Competition. The competition will show your PSA they should work to achieve something. It's a good role play for Goals in Life.
Don't forget to reassign your inactive PSA only to psa, who are 3 months or more active in your team.
