Yes, there are limits.

When I started out, I wanted so badly for my team members to achieve that I "gave away the store", as they say. I handed out TCredits and Gift Certificates like they grew on trees, and my team members did nothing.

Now, I set well-defined goals for my Affiliates, and give incentives for reaching tjose goals. TCredits, Gift Certificates, PSAs, even T-Shirts are part of my incentive plan, but ONLY when the goals are met. (I have them outlined

Hi Dah,

No sponsor should ever lose sight of the fact that the affiliates they sponsor are simply their business partners and not their employees or subjects. With this fact in mind, dealing with affiliates at all times becomes a very simple matter because once that relationship is well understood; helping affiliates presents very few well-defined challenges henceforth.

It must be well-stated and understood that affiliates are all individual business persons with their own unique

According to my opinion there shouldn’t be any limitation to the Sponsors/Team Leaders to help their affiliates move forward and to grow their business successfully without some exception

Sponsors/Team Leaders should do

1) Send Welcome Letter to new affiliates with a short description of SFI including a Welcome E-card

2) Send next mail with a brief description of SFI and TripleClicks, E-365 and other necessary action to be taken daily, weekly, monthly, intermediate

3)

Hi
Sponsor are meant to be help and support to their PSAs especially when PSAs are just starting.
It’s really difficult for new PSAs to go along with ocean of new information and things to read and learn and a sponsor should be the one who knows where the answers to the particular questions are.
In order to get new PSAs in right direction I as a sponsor am available almost 24/7 and eventually as my PSA is getting along I reduce my simultaneous presence. My goal is to teach them how

On my opinion, your role as a Sponsor is to support and motivate your PSAs.At their beginnings they would probably need your help, too.
You should explain them what to read, where to find something, send them links...etc.
Maybe they will be overhelmed with so many informations in their first days here, especialy if they do not have any previous experience, and ask you clarifications on some issues. But,that's that!
After their first month with SFI,they should have to be able to work on

I have 3 part answer for this:

Firstly:

The most honest answer in my opinion, is put yourself in their shoes. How would you like to be treated? Ask yourself how important they are to you, how much do you value them, then treat them accordingly.

Secondly:

The methods you should use are already provided on "how to be an awesome sponsor" and also on the "checklist" for PSA'S & CSA's.
Checklist tells you what to do, you should

All Affiliats should clearly see - that is their business, not their sponsor's. If they do nothing, they get nothing, regardless of what the sponsors do.
If they do nothing and get something, this is the point where you convey very wrong message to them, ruining their own career first of all.

Your task is not to do their job for them, but to show them how they can manage by themselves. They may get stuck at the start, overwhelmed by too much info they receive from SFI. You have to

I would say that as a Sponsor, we should always make time to be available to help our new affiliates get started.
When I receive my new members, I am notified by email of my new members joining my team, even though I am not logged in to my SFI site.
Here starts my work! I send each new affiliate my welcome message, and note down the date and keep notes on affiliates note tab.

An hour or two later, follows my FAST TRACK letter, as I have named it, informing my affiliates how

As a sponsor, you should help out the affiliates in your downline as much as you can. Remember that one of the key factors to succeeding in SFI is duplication. If you can teach that much to your sponsored affiliates, you will both be on the way to succeeding.

It is important to be on hand to help out your downline as much as possible. If they succeed, you succeed, so it should be one of your goals to teach your sponsored affiliates how to succeed with SFI.

There may be a fine

By being an awesome sponsor, a sponsor can help their Affiliates move forward by;

Offering necessary support and assistance to them regarding any questions they might have about their SFI business.

Answer all your email within 24 hours of receiving them

Leading by example by doing all the things that you want your down line to do for example setting up a monthly standing order. you have to go first before they follow.

Run an advertising coop for your team
