I have 3 part answer for this:

Firstly:

The most honest answer in my opinion, is put yourself in their shoes. How would you like to be treated? Ask yourself how important they are to you, how much do you value them, then treat them accordingly.

Secondly:

The methods you should use are already provided on "how to be an awesome sponsor" and also on the "checklist" for PSA'S & CSA's.
Checklist tells you what to do, you should already by familiar by now with what links to suggest. Follow this diligently, and you will be an awesome sponsor. Follow up is crucial, make time for this. Keep an eye on everything your downline is doing, by checking on their profile and in the genealogy.

Thirdly:

Yes, there is a point you should not beyond.
The cut off point would be too much pressure placed on PSA's and CSA's. Don't overwhelm them with too many communications. Be sensitive to and supportive to where they must be, at this point in their SFI experience. Be tentative enough, but also firm enough to not allow them to become lazy. Always provide supportive encouragement and inspiring words.

Ask yourself very important question... How badly do I want this?

In addition to this, there is also an incredibly helpful group on Facebook called "SFI MONEY MAKERS TEAM".

They provide all the short cuts, tips, tools, strategies and much more.
They also give encouragement, recognition and affirmation to those who are achieving, no matter how small.

The group is constantly being improved, very hard work goes into updating info and new sections will be added shortly, which provides its own forum and a fun section too.
Dedicated hard work is necessary, but we all need a little fun occasionally.

This is a little tricky and there is likely to be dispute over this issue.

The blunt and easy answer would be…

1. Money. You need money to advance faster.
2. Frequent really good advertising – attracting a lot of hits to your links.
3. Clever delegation of your PSA’s.
4. Get them to recruit more PSA’s in the same fashion, by assisting them with their
ads (ensuring they are professional, polished and refreshingly different).
4. Keep a close eye on this, monitor it all daily
5. Inspire your team to work hard for you, by creating incentives, like prizes.
Cash speaks volumes. We are all in this to make money.
6. Lavish praise and recognition for achievements.
7. Time would be of huge advantage, if you could devote enough of it.

Investing money in SFI will get you ahead by:-

* buying T Credits
* bidding in the auctions
* getting the standing order
* buying products on TripleClicks
* buying subscription to IHABE
* Getting the Payoneer card
* Buying Co-ops
* Buying gift cards and certificates

Forgive me if I may have left out a few things, but all of the above will earn you substantial VP and MRP down the line.
This advances you pretty rapidly, since we all know the system is about getting those VP's and moving up the ranks.
The higher you go, the more you earn.
Naturally, the higher you go, the harder it gets, and the more you rely on your downline to keep performing.

This is why Team leaders get very excited when their downline performs well, since benefits largely come in the form of spill off commissions.

In summary:

From what I can see (in my second month, having formed a fairly good grasp of how the system operates) it is clear to me that you can advance much faster if you can invest money in SFI - however, many new members are not in this position and it's extremely frustrating. I cannot see a fast way to advance unless you can invest.
Very few of us have such extraordinarily good fortune to keep winning – especially when the numbers grow daily, and the competition gets stiffer.
