What are the best ways to stay in contact with PSAs and CSAs and how often is best?

There are plenty of ways to be in contact with PSAs/CSAs: team-mail, private mail, facebook, skype, mobile, phone… One has to choose what is the best for both of them.
Communication between co/sponsor and PSA/CSA in the first few weeks sometimes needs to be on daily basis. Eventually when PSAs/CSAs learn what SFI and affiliate marketing is, the communication isn't necessarry as before.
In my experience, keeping my eyes on MOVERS tab shows me who to contact and offer/provide help/support. But, although there are CSAs/PSAs who are doing great, once in a whila I let them know I'm here to help them if a problem arises.
Just like it is suggested: work with the workers.

Sometimes it's quite difficult to understand how one can wish to pursue this or any business and doesn't have the time to invest.
I would say to them to find at least half an hour daily. In the very beginning they of course would need some more time to read and learn all powerfull techniques, methods and tips.
Yes, of course, if they want to be in this business this is simply must do.
By the time they've learned it and started to use, they'll be hooked up and they would very easily find the time.

How can we convince our PSAs that they should become TripleClicks WAVE3 members?

This is really good question. We can only suggest that by presenting all the benefits the membership comes with.
Many of them although signing up wishing to earn money think this is going to be easy made cash/paycheck/second income. And as much one has to work hard to earn the money they don't see the simplicity, one-time-investment and all the benefits of this membership.
As long as our PSAs don't realize that our paychecks come from the marketing TC and its listed products, they won't be able to understand why W3 program is so valuable.

How far should sponsors go to help their affiliates move forward, is there a point you should not go beyond?

Sponsor are meant to be help and support to their PSAs especially when PSAs are just starting.
It’s really difficult for new PSAs to go along with ocean of new information and things to read and learn and a sponsor should be the one who knows where the answers to the particular questions are.
In order to get new PSAs in right direction I as a sponsor am available almost 24/7 and eventually as my PSA is getting along I reduce my simultaneous presence. My goal is to teach them how to use ASK SC, how to use Forum and when I notice they are getting along just fine that’s the sign for me they are capable of doing things independently. This is my first goal.
However, if it happens they don’t succeed in their efforts, I’m here again present all over again.
The point you’re asking about for me is the point when they try to make me take part in their business financially.
Other than that, I’m as a sponsor am available all the time.

If I were asked the question, this would be my answer:
SFI is affiliate marketing company with the main purpose to promote and market TC as their megastore.
Products and services listed at this megastore can be purchased online and this sort of shopping helps a lot of people who are used to buy things online. In TC megastore one can purchase things needed in their everyday life, in their households, but also products and services for special occasions.
All the products listed need to be promoted as in ordinary life, so SFI seeks for affiliates who will do the promoting and be adequately awarded with a commission.

What do I need to do to make myself the best SFI affiliate possible?

In order to become the best affiliate possible you need to read, read, read and learn, learn, learn.
SFI has given us excellent support – powerful techniques, methods, tips, suggestions, ideas and in order to implement all these and be successful you have to learn how to use them.
Simultaneously, you need to take daily, weekly and monthly actions in order to achieve ranks.
Being affiliate means also advertising all the products and services that are listed on TC. Advertising them you’ll bring customers and buyers. More the merryier. For SFI, TC and to you commission-wise.
As affiliate you also need to build a team of affiliates and to show them how to do the same – teach them how to duplicate. More duplications, bigger team, better affiliate you are.

How often should I communicate with my Sponsor and Co-Sponsor?

There’s no rule how often to communicate, it’s all up to you.
However, at the very beginning every affiliate needs some help, input, ideas, support in order to achieve first goals – FAST TRACK, EA.
My sponsor told me what to do, where to go, what to read and what my first goal should be. We talked a lot maybe for a week, but then, very soon, I realized that it is me who needs to read for myself, in order to learn what I need to do.
As a team leader and a co-sponsor I have some PSAs and CSAs who quite frequently communicate with me asking for suggestions, but also have some who don’t need any explanations.
My upline for example didn’t have any communication neither with his sponsor nor with co-sponsor and he’s made to PTL.
So, it’s all up to you.

I almost gave up on SFI. What did you do to keep pushing forward?

Although I'm with SFI for several months, I did have a few moments thinking there's no future for me here. But then my ego rebelled saying „you've never given up with anything, so why should you now?“
I realized I'm a fighter, persistent fighter and will not take „no“ for an answer.
I saw the big picture just from the first glance at SFI gateway that had been sent to me, although I must confess I, ages ago, already had been an SFI affiliate but then, at that point couldn't and hadn't been able to see things as I do today. Perhaps I was not as interested as I am now, and that's for sure noone had been there for me to help and give hints.
Today, I know, I won't give up searching for my „pearls“, PSAs who will recognize the things I see and when they do, we will work together to achieve our short and longterm goals.
Each day I'm closer to them, my pearls. Eventually I will find them and then, sky is our limit.

How much time a day, approximately, do I need to invest in SFI to build a profitable business?

This is very interesting question.
Usually we say to new prospects that SFI is business which takes half an hour to be spend on completing to-do list, all our daily action getting done. And reading of course.
But eventually and depending of one's eagerness this half an hour turns to three of four hours. Why? When we get our PSAs we have to teach them all we have learnt so far. The ultimate goal is to duplicate all our activities. To be successful in duplication it sometimes takes time due to the fact that some affiliates learn quickly, some slower.
Of course, there's time to be spent on advertising TC and SFI. There are a lot of web tools like autoposter that will enable you to advertise in shorter time, but still it does take time.
To resume, to have successfull business one should invest time and in my opinion 2-4 hours daily would do.
