Make sure to contact your newly recruited affiliates as soon as possible when they sign up. Offer your support, guidance and advice and let them know that by staying active they WILL see results. It is important to establish early on that the key to succeeding within SFI is to remain active and to login and complete actions daily.

Unfortunately, there's no way you can force somebody to be active and a lot of people will turn away from SFI when they realise that it's not a get rich quick

Keeping in contact with your team members and offering encouragement by way of advice and support is one way to keep up excitement. If you show that you are committed and that SFI is a proven way of making an income online - lead by example - then you should find that your affiliates are excited by the fact that real people are getting results by staying active within SFI.

Creating contests for your team members is another great way of keeping them excited and engaged. If they have a competitive

I find writing my own text ads to be more effective. Once you have learned the value and potential of SFI, it becomes much easier to highlight the parts that will attract new members. Writing your own text ads will also make them more personal, unique to yourself as an individual, and they'll separate you from the crowd of people who are already using the pre-written text ads from SFI's marketing tools.

The context and content of your text ads should also be relevant to where you are

How far should sponsors go to help their affiliates move forward, is there a point you should not go beyond?

As a sponsor, you should help out the affiliates in your downline as much as you can. Remember that one of the key factors to succeeding in SFI is duplication. If you can teach that much to your sponsored affiliates, you will both be on the way to succeeding.

It is important to be on hand to help out your downline as much as possible. If they succeed, you succeed, so it should be one of your goals to teach your sponsored affiliates how to succeed with SFI.

Is it worthwhile to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs...or can I just send out group mailings?

I believe it's incredibly important to send out individual letters to your new PSAs, especially at the start to welcome them to the business and your team. It's good for your PSAs to know that you are on hand to offer your help to them as they get started. Introducing yourself and giving them some helpful tips and advice on how to get a good start in SFI will let them know that they have a good sponsor who cares about them on an individual level and wants them to succeed.

Thousands of SFI affiliates are doing the same thing. How do you stand out from the crowd?

Finding out what works for you when it comes to marketing SFI comes down to trial and error. Some things that work for some people may not work for another. It takes time and patience to find out what works for YOU as an individual. Each affiliate will approach the marketing of SFI in different ways. It's the same in any line of work.

In office jobs, you can have hundreds or thousands of people doing the same job, but there will be a handful that stand out and shine. It's all about finding

The best message you can use to greet your PSA's is one that comes from you. Your greeting to your PSA's is a way for you to connect with them personally. It's best to come up with a greeting that you stand behind and that represents YOU.

You should welcome your PSA's into the SFI program, give them a little bit of information about how it works and some tips on how to get off to a good start. You should also let them know that you are on hand to help them as much as possible as their

How is building a second income with a company like SFI beneficial to me?

Building a second income can be beneficial for many people, not just yourself. These days most people are living from paycheck to paycheck, and have nothing left over at the end of the month. Some people don't even make their salary stretch that far, so having a second income can be beneficial to pay extra bills or to treat yourself once in a while. Why wouldn't you want a second income?

The benefit of earning that second income with a company like SFI comes in many forms. SFI provides

Why is it good to participate in the new Eager Zebra game(s)?

Just look at the jackpot prize! If you are the winner I'm sure you'll find that it was worth participating in!

The Eager Zebra games add more fun to the SFI business and by taking part you are giving yourself a chance to win thousands of TCredits by just spending 1 per day to enter into the Time Machine game. Of course, the more guesses the make the more chance you have of winning, but it's fair for everybody, because there's only going to be one outcome!

What should you say to your PSAs when they say they are going to quit because they are putting out more than they are receiving?

You should remind them that this is not a get rich quick scam and that it is a long term investment that will pay off if they keep at it and don't give up. It may help to put it into perspective for them. For some people a standing order can seem like a lot of money, but ask them to make a note of how much they spend per month on coffee or snacks or cigarettes or any other treats. In most cases it will amount to more than the cost of a standing order. Ask them if they are willing to give up a cup
