It is of great value to use SFI Tools to cultivate your affiliates.

I see people wasting their stream message with meaningless dribble. I had one guy who posted every three days "Hello there". Sometimes he changed it to "Hi". This guy was after the VP, not the cash. A strong well educated and capable affiliate team earns you cash. Here are some info on stream messages that may help you to do just that.

Stream messages should generally be one of 5 types, Motivation, Affirmation, Information, Acclimation and Education. Affirmation, Acclimation and Information are usually time sensitive.

Examples:
Affirmation: "Sally congratulations on winning the Daily Grand today."

Information: "Did you see the News Release concerning the new XYZ update? Click here to learn more: http: //news. sfimg.com/XYZ" (note this is a dead link, just for illustration)

Acclimation: "I got an email today that was great to see. It said I won T-Time today - 2 TCredits added to my account. Are you playing T-Time? You can win 2 TCredits a day."

Now you also want to include Motivation, and Education. I build a file of these two that I can pull from any time. Today this is what I did. I found an old Forum Post on 10 ways to motivate your team. Then I went to Google Images and search "Motivate Your Team" I picked an image (no copyright) and published that image with the forum post title and link.

I will try to answer this question with my own experience or rather methods which I have been using successfully to better support my team.

Pictures say thousands of words if depicted properly instead of writing volumes. Whenever I win something in SFI or tripleclicks I take a relevant screenshot of that letter and upload on my Stream post. It does an excellent job without saying a word. Recently one of my answers in Ask SC got top votes and 100 versa points so I took its screenshot with a link and posted it on Stream. All my team members immediately came to know that I am very active and take SFI very seriously. They notice it and try to duplicate me.

Quotes can also be used to upload on Stream to motivate team members.

Now comes the second part of the question about Leadership Page blog. I use this extensively to post all my answers in Ask SC tab. I also use it to give training to my team. Whenever I buy any tripleclicks products I do mention about its purchase and its usefulness. I also use my Leadership Page blog to announce new team contests.

Attention! The addition of images draws attention.

Education! The right images or surrounding text can educate the affiliate in principals or tactics in marketing.

Motivation! The right images can uplift spirits and give new hope when hope runs thin.

Gratitude! When congratulating someone for a Daily Grand win, making rank, or winning one of your contest you can add their image to the post to make sure everyone has a face to put to the reward and is quicker to comment with a congratulations.

Inspiration which is often mistaken for Motivation is accomplished by giving big picture ideas instead of patting someone on the back and telling them great job.

Inspire often, Educate, Motivate, and show gratitude willfully and consistently and the images will have massive effect on all of your team activities and overall activity. Use them at every opportunity to impact your team with improved communications and reasons to communicate back.

How can I use the new feature for adding images in Stream posts and on my Leadership Page blog to better support my team?

I love this new feature of SFI! I am only just starting to use it but I can see its huge potential to help me get my messages across.

In fact it is changing the way I work my SFI business and how I communicate with my team. Previously I would often write three or even up to five Stream posts on the same day each week and then not write any more until the next week. Similarly TeamMails were also only weekly. And my Leadership Page blogs had become infrequent.

The “add an image” feature has changed all that. Now I wish to write a Stream post daily, to write shorter but more frequent TeamMails and hopefully also daily Blog posts to my Leadership Page.

And I intend to include an image in all my Stream Posts and LP Blogs too. As I have said, this is a new feature and so I am still learning how to appreciate the scope of it but I can see huge opportunities.

For instance, I intend to include more images about my life and family in my posts to illustrate my message. It will also help to show that I am just an ordinary bloke (just like my team members are). I hope this will both inspire activity within my team and encourage them to write a response to me.

Images will also enhance my training and inspirational messages. I am really looking forward to getting together a library of these. I think I will only be limited in what I can do by my imagination.

Finally, I see this feature helping me to prepare better advertisements too. After all an advertisement is just a special form of “blog”.

In summary I think images will help me make SFI become more alive and pertinent to my team. I am so grateful that this feature has been added to our Stream posts and Leadership Page Blogs.

The new feature for adding images in Stream and Leadership Page is useful for supporting your team in so many ways.

As we know, a picture paints a thousand words, which is especially handy in the Stream where we are limited to typing only 340 characters.

A screenshot image can help you demonstrate things your team needs to know much more effectively than trying to describe things in a limited number of words or characters.

An image is much more eye-catching and attention-grabbing, and will instantly draw your team to read what is written in your Stream posts.

Many of us who use them, know that ecards generally get a better response than regular emails, and I believe that to be due to the use of an eye-catching graphic, and so far I have seen an increased response to my Stream posts where I have attached images, especially a 'Congratulations' picture.

In your Leadership Page, it will break up blocks of text and separate individual posts and make what was before a dull page of text, much more attractive and interesting to read.

You can upload images direct from your computer. I would suggest keeping a collection of images in an 'SFI' folder.

You don't mention about using images in the forum, but they can also be uploaded direct from your computer to the forum now, whereas they previously needed to be hosted online to add them to a forum post.

Although I couldn't find the size requirements for an image to be uploaded to Stream or Leadership Page, individual images to be uploaded to the Forum are limited to 4 MB in size and must be at least 50×50 pixels dimensionally, so the same sizes may apply to Stream and LP too.

The Stream and the Leadership page has been used in various ways in the past to support the team mates in the past. The additional feature is a Gold Trim added to spice up more expression to whatever the Team Leader is posting. These are the few ways the new feature can be used;

1. TRAINING
Most affiliates do not have a website of their own and a bit of our training involves pictures. The new tool is a perfect feature team leaders need, upload the training pictures. As most affiliates would understand better through a display of picture.

2. RECOGNITION
Sincerely most of our affiliates have deserved a better recognition with their exceptional contributions and effort towards the team. I have currently uploaded my affiliates picture who have qualified as EAs, entered the next round of the E365 contest and other. Use the feature to recognize their activities and that I call supporting them, as you are encouraging them to do more.

3. ENCOURAGEMENT
Sometimes, few inspirational caption can be uploaded to motivate the members. Remember good words makes the heart feel peace, and if anyone deserve good words it has to be your team. So support them by continuously encouraging them using the new feature.

4. SHARE VIEWS
If I most state this, as a Sponsor you must be open to suggestions from your team members. Upload a picture about team growth, etc and ask them to drop their views and comment. It will help know what the team needs and how to help them.

5. PROMOTION
Is there any important news you want to pass across, or is their a contest you want to begin and you need to have them know about it. A simple picture can be uploaded to caught their attention quickly. Like a know adage, pictures are thousands word.

Once you start the new future for the above purpose, you will have more ideas on how to further use the new future.

They said pictures worth a thousand words. Most people prefer or have a better reception when you back up what you are talking about with graphics if possible.

I prefer that concept for myself as well.

As un example, I love to blog about any topics but I also love to promote my business and market my products through my blogs modestly, let’s say if I was blogging about health and nutrition then I include our health and nutrition products through my link attached in to product image.

This will create a photographic memory in their mind what they were reading about and have a chance to stick with them and it has a high probability to click the link to check it out.

That’s the kind of advantage you get when you use images , look around what we have over here every marketable product from games, to Auctions, to TrippleClicks and ECA item all of them are accompany with images without images it won’t be complete.

So this new feature is a great tool to benefit you and your team members even if there is a language barrier, they will have an idea what you are talking or communicating about.

If you are asking how to use the images, you just have to click the upload image then select from your file or from where ever you want to transport, That will produce you the image link but make sure your images within the required limit to upload I believe in some cases under 4MB on your stream post.

Post your article or blog along with your images you are done.

You obviously want to support and sponsor your team. The new feature has been added to help all of us do just that.

There are many people that relate much easier to images rather than just text (words). In fact I would go as far as to say most people do. Images stand out better than text and peoples’ eyes are naturally drawn to them. There is a saying that ‘A picture is worth a thousand words’ or something similar. This new feature capitalises on that.

I would suggest that you continue with your text messages on Stream and your Leadership Page. This time however include images that are relevant to your message. If say your message is to encourage your affiliates to continue working, include an image that drives this message home. You can use a picture or a quote in a poster etc..

There are many images on the SFI/TC sites that you can use. There are also plenty of images and posters on the internet. Just make sure you have authority to use them.

As far as I've learned in SFI through reading and experiences for my first quarter as a member;

Affiliates page Stream is your page wall and the News Feed of your downline and A2A member to teach and empower your team.

You can upload and use motivational, leadership quotes and images in this page or whatever messages you want to motivate your team.

You can lead them how they can start on their own Leadership page and they will get some idea on how to become a good leader too.

Also you can add other messages in your Leadership page to congratulate what your member have succeeded in SFI for winning Zebra Games and for having more Badges in their page.

Through this you significantly enhance the affiliate experienced and lead some support to them to understand what and how SFI tools important.

And the more you keep your downline engaged and they coming back for more strategies of help and that’s the start of Team progress.

As on February 25, 2016 - SFI has provided us an Image Upload tool which helps us in adding images to our Stream posts, on the Leadership Page blog as well as during Forum posting to better support our team as well as respond and support the overall SFI community.

As we all know the old saying that a picture is worth a thousand words, so we can create good image with appropriate messages, highlighting specific elements or sections in the image that you want to communicate with your team or fellow affiliates which will get better outreach than all text posts.

Couple of things to remember while uploading the image is that
- We should not upload any known copyrighted images which is strictly prohibited
- Individual images size is limited to 4 MB and must be at least 50×50 pixels
