I think both are important and essential. SFI is not "quick-money scheme", and quite honestly, both are time-consuming. You should meticulously advertise SFI online in order to get your referrals and build your own team. After having quite amount of referrals, you should carefully "nurture" your team and motivate your team members, so that it will become active and members wherein will perform "duplication".

As for selling TripleClicks products, it also take time. You need to observe the "market" of SFI and to learn what are these "eye-catchy" products that SFI members want to buy. And you need to sum up a strategy to run your TripleClicks products.

So my suggestion is "keep studying everyday and practicing everyday." Then one day you will unexpectedly realize that you already yield your success.

I found that by building a stable foundation of PSA’s on which to build my business I could concentrate on other things as well as trying to help them to achieve results which would give me a good head start. Of course, I still do my daily tasks, but I still try to generate sales and recruit more PSA’s in tandem, though this is not an easy task in my geographical location as some people are dead set against trying anything new, particularly if there is a degree of hard work involved, and no immediate results to show.

I see nothing wrong with doing both together, after all, some will find that this fits in well with their schedule whilst others will not. Some will find that what works for others may or may not work for them, I think it is just a matter of finding out for ourselves what system or method yields the best results, and which method or system makes even the smallest of achievements more satisfying.

Advice and support are excellent motivators that push us in the right direction, but ultimately it is us that are in the driving seat, it is us that control the speed of the journey, and it is us that will determine how and when we will reach our destination.

We can earn money in SFI by recruiting and building a team of affiliates as well as by selling TripleClicks products. No one option is advantageous than the other one and both options should be vigorously pursued for getting success.

If we are unable to build a team of working affiliates under us, we will never reach the different levels like BTL, STL, etc. as we can't any more buy our way out without building a team of affiliates under us. And as we build a team and they do the duplication by seeing what you yourself is doing, you will start earning commission because of their actions like 45% commission on purchases made directly by your affiliates.

Also you can earn handsome income by selling TC products. For each sale you make through your gateway links for the products, you earn handsome commission. Better if you are able to recruit ECommerce Associate and they sell products through TC than you will be a winner and can earn the most if that ECA's products sells.

There is no such option we have here. Both are very important in their own way. In fact, we have to try every available opportunity and see that we succeed.

1. Team Building:

a) Team building should be a continuous process.

b) There is no guarantee that every one in the team both active and inactive will stick & stay here for a long time as every affiliate has his/her own priorities in life which can keep changing.

c) If we just depend on certain team members, soon we will face a stagnation point and it will only de-motivate the Sponsors.

d) Hence, we should continuously keep recruiting and building the Team.

e) There is no guarantee that the new affiliates thus created afresh will stay active. The nature of this business is such that we should keep infusing fresh blood in our Team. At the same time, should try and keep the existing active members in tact with regular communication and constant encouragement and support.

f) The existing active members should be motivated very regularly and should help them to grow and advance from one level to another. In fact, the Sponsors should walk the extra mile to ensure this. This is quite necessary in current situations.

g) When we help them grow and succeed, naturally we too will grow and succeed. There will be constant flow of income to every performer in the Team.

h) But, still there is uncertainty here. The main reason is, we do not know when the performing affiliate will call it quits due to their own personal reasons on which we have no control at all.

Look around you, the major companies and multinationals all have one major product that they are well known for but they have many accessories (other products/services) that they minor in - to diversify. I believe this is the key to your bottom line remaining healthy. I will explain this further in relation to your question and SFI.

1. Recruiting Affiliates (who will remain active)

If you believe that building a team is your core business then you would focus on this area ensuring that the affiliates you sponsor will be active once they join your team. There is no guarantee that if you enrol 15 affiliates daily, all will become active.

There is a possibility that 10 might become active immediately and then stop after 2 months or 2 will become active instantly and remain with you consistently or that none will become active until after 2 years.

These are common behaviors of new affiliates who join this program and then decide it was not for them. You can work with this uncertainty to your advantage or decide diversify into TripleClicks. Alternatively, you devote all your energy into duplication, sponsoring and supporting your affiliates and remain positive that you will, with certainty live up to your goals and achieve the expected results within the time frame that you have outlined.

Short term: while building an active team of affiliates will bring you commissions on their sales, that is a long term process. You need income NOW. You need commissions NOW. That can only be achieved by making your own sales NOW.

With the advent of the new Product Collections, this should encourage you to get creative. Build your own collections, advertise them to your target market, and you should be well on your way to earning immediate income.

In order to earn the most I would say to do both of these things and more.

The fastest way is to simply try out some products for yourself and then show your friends and family the products and let them sign up whichever way they choose whether it be for just TripleClicks or as an SFI affiliate. This is the warm marketing approach.

When you first start out with SFI you can gather enough VP by completing the training lessons and doing daily actions. You can concentrate on recruiting and developing a team by talking to your friends and family who live in a separate household from you or use the other marketing efforts of your chose from the marketing section. More folks may only be interested in purchasing things they need or want from TripleClicks but there may be a few who want to become affiliates. You must talk to them to find out. There will even be one or two who will be negative about SFI that you will just have to walk away from.

And finally there are a small percentage of folks out who are already selling products online or offline these folks are your future ECA Recruits. These folks could be hobby sellers who will make member listings and can be counted on to stay with the SFI program and make regular purchases of items that are on sale or try the Auctions to pick up items to re-sell or other items needed for running an online store like computers and smart phones and shipping supplies and so on.
