Selling TripleClicks products can bring you quick commission, immediate cash and this seems to be the most favoured approach by those who are new to SFI. This is understandable as we are here to make money, that’s why they joined SFI.

Recruiting and building a team can be slow, time consuming and it takes time to see the fruits of your labour.

This question comes up from time to time and I often compare these approaches to those of a hunter and of a farmer.

The hunter is out there for game, to make a kill. When it makes a kill it feasts but goes hungry when it fails to make a kill. As time goes by the hunter gets tired and older. It gradually fails to find prey. It goes without food for longer and longer periods and eventually it fades away and dies.

Now long before this hunter dies and if he is smart, he may do several things.

He can stop being independent and teach other members of this family/tribe to hunt and provide food for them all, including himself. The advantage here is that he has others to help him and he no longer has to do the hunting all by himself every time.

He can also stop being a hunter and become a farmer. The advantage here is that farming provides a more consistent source of food, not continually having to hunt for prey. The disadvantage is that it takes time to grow crop. He needs to be consistently and patiently tending to his crop for a good harvest.

He can also do both. He can divide his time between hunting and farming, teaching his family/tribe to both hunt and farm. The advantage of course of doing this is that he gets the benefits of both approaches.

If you are selling TripleClicks products only you are being the hunter operating by yourself. You may get your quick kill, your quick commissions when you make a sale but if you stop advertising or slow down, your sales also dry up.

If you are recruiting and building a team only, you are being the farmer. Your crop however will take time to grow and produce for you.

I strongly recommend you do both in order to ‘earn the most money in SFI.’

Not all the PSAs you recruit and sponsor will respond and grow not matter how skillful a farmer you are or how much work you put into them. Not all of them will use the ‘hunting’ skills you teach them no matter how good they are.

The strategy therefore should be to focus mainly on the plants that sprout, those on your ‘Movers List.’ They are your main focus but do not ignore the others. Stay in contact with them. The seeds you have planted may be dormant right now but they can still sprout and give you a good crop.

While you continue to recruit affiliates and promote TripleClicks products, remember you need to ‘teach’ others and encourage them to duplicate what you have done.

This is really what SFI is all about: - Recruit affiliates – generate Sales at TripleClicks – ensure Duplication and you will ‘earn the most money in SFI.’

SFI is built on a robust system that encourages doing actions across board for a holistic and enduring success.

Building a team of affiliates takes time but gives guaranteed residual and leveraged income for life while selling TripleClicks products brings quick success but may require continuous advertising to sustain. However, it all depends on product prices and Commission Values (CVs) of sold products and practically it is one-time income. On the other hand, building of TEAM takes time, but once we have a strong and stable TEAM we have strong and stable – residual income.

As we all know, there are several different ways to make money through SFI Marketing Group. None of them, however, is a get rich overnight scheme. It is TRUE that some of ways to earn money are faster than the others and basically (as you well pointed out in your question) all could be classified into two groups:

1st Recruiting and building TEAM of PSA - Personal Sponsored Affiliates:

The potential for earning money in each case is there.

Whether it is Sales or a Team, you will have to invest time and money. The more money and time you invest the more you can expect in return.

Your success with either would depend on you, your ability to tap into a targeted market and the skills you brought into SFI.

Although sales will give you instant commission, it may take you a while to generate a sale and sales will have to be continuous.

Knowledge and experience with sales will give you an edge over sponsoring and you will be able to make more money. If you have a list of potential buyers and are in Niche Marketing, your potential for making money with sales is greater.

With sponsoring affiliates you have to rely on a team of active, motivated affiliates to earn good money. This could take you a while, during which time you have to rely on their activities. There is always a degree of uncertainty.

With a reliable good team you can make money.

My advice is to do your own research on both and see what brings you more. Spend the same amount of money and time on both and watch the results.

At the beginning, selling products would be great help - you could put the money back to business, and use it for paid advertising, for example.
On the other side, building a team is long-term: once you start, you feel terrific, you are the leader of your own business. If you work with your team, if you talk among each other every day, than the ideas come along! Matching points - duplication - that is the magic, and you can watch you money, as well as friendship, grows from month to month.

But if you must choose between the two and you ask me which one? I will recommend recruiting and building a strong team. Here are my reasons.

2. To earn residual income from a team takes longer to generate, but can be more rewarding... in the end. These monies are generated from various ongoing SFI commissions from an active and growing team. Your first commissions here could be a few dimes, but in a few years it could grow to thousands of dollars.

Hi, I thing the best way is both of those. Building a team is for everybody who is serious about making his own bussiness. Selling products is also good thing and can bring you good income. Bud you must understand that you have to work hard if you wish to be succesfull and make a good income from your work. Everyday study, advertise, sell, talk about SFI....and money will come as result of all these actions .
