To Recruit and Build an active team is like having a large workers in our Enterprise Building.
Everyone manages their own department. There are Head of Department, then Managers, then the Supervisors, then the workers and also there's a new recruits undergoing their trainings.
We need everyone to be active here and perform important role to run our business.
Every contribution ( be it from Sales or Action ) from everyone, down every levels, will also rewards you more, if you are the Head CEO of your company..

Next is, what do we do here? What do we deal and what generates income to our business?
That's true.. We need something to trade in between products and services.
A car will not move without any fuel, and there will be no Fuel if nobody make a purchase or supply their purchases to resell and contribute their services.

For more "instant" money - sales will be the best but it is not as reliable as a long term income from a team can be.

For long term income you need a team. Not just numbers that does nothing. You need a well trained and well supported and reliable here to stay team. This does not happen overnight and it does not happen without effort. Although nothing is ever guaranteed in this business - it remains your best option.

Imagine 5 years from now you have , 5 affiliates on every level up to 5 Diamonds. They in turn have the same in the levels below them - and the next level and the next - as far down as you are allowed to go. You earn money from all of them and they earn from their down line.

The best way to answer your question is to tell you my experience. As a former ECA I sold thousands of dollars worth of merchandise in a month and it took my 3 years to build up my ECA. As a team leader now for over 5 years and an affiliate for over 8 I have yet to earn over 200 dollars in commissions in one month from my network. So go figure.

In conclusion, I'll tell you that if I had to reopen my ECA again I would definitely. But since I choose not to, I'm looking to build an active network in the next 5 years that will produce the kind of income that I was making and then some. The ECA is the quickest route hands down. But long term, you will earn much more from an extensive network of workers. I need 300 PSAs, 13 levels deep. There's a limit to the monthly spend for most everyone so that's why I need 300 PSAs to reach my financial benchmark which is very modest considering.

When your Sponsoring Affiliates in your Team you'll be doing to at once. Give your members in your downline products that they may use in there business.

If you buy a e-book and liked it you can give it to them when they buy something from your TC online store. Everything you learn should be duplicated to earning more income, this means sponsoring new members.

Targeting your audience with certain products in your niche will give you a good/great boost if you have active buyers.

Lets say you have page(s) of products and/or services your promoting, that your niche, give them a reason to buy your product(s) your offering. Once you get there attention about your offer you'll have buyers coming back month after month.

This goes for the same with your active SFI members. If you show them what to do they'll follow in your direction. You may also have another person expert in another line of field and you can have your downline team up with them.

Be sure to follow the holidays, personal activities, events and so on to match your products list your offering.

For the foreground and some work in SFI, I know that using the two tracks you can earn money faster in SFI.

I also think it is good to have a blog posting enabled products and Triple Clicks own.

In New Collections Triple Clicks program it is another opportunity for publishing of Triple Clicks and more likely to earn commissions.

In other words, creating a team coming to achieve at least 5 active PSAs, work duplication and growth of these PSAs to the rank EA, making a commitment to work actively apply in this case the advantages of the new SFI 2016 programs .

You must do both ,you need income for more sides.

For me the best way is buiding team and only for one reason.

SFI and good team brings you regular income and TripleClicks is just earnings,one month you
can earn a lot and next nothing.

But ofcourse if you have good products for sale you must use more TripleClicks becouse
that will bring you a good money here.

And if you are in proces of building team and dont have anything to sell on TripleClicks,then
use products from other people and promote them.

Promote other products and earn yourself a very good Direct Commission percentage.

SFI's Direct Commission from your team
SFI's TripleClicks Executive Pool Shares for earned VPs
Co-Sponsor Commissions
TCredits and
ECA Referral Program
As big plus there is SFI Pay-Per-Action (SFIPPA) as well as a supplemental income program.
If you are concerned just with Team/ECA dilemma, I would say that team building provide your business with sustainability factor since once you build your team, it keeps growing and brings you constant income.
On the other hand, having ECA at TripleClicks can bring you significant income if you manage to target your customers right and if you offer interesting merchandise. Still, you may confront periods of “dry season”, with just a few orders is any, and then your income will stop.
