Unless your team members are all part of a group who are in regular contact with each other, each one of them will have their own reasons for feeling negative toward SFI. So the most important thing to do is to contact each one them individually, to ask them what their specific concerns are, and then carefully address each one of those concerns. It will take you time to do this, depending on the size of your team, but it will pay results if you demonstrate your commitment to helping each team member succeed through personal mentoring.
