Well, it is best to utilize DD program to build your team as it serves as their guiding diamond(star). Being chosen as designated diamond is a big thing for an affiliate. It means an affiliate has been trusted and is believe to be strong ang capable in working achieving such a big dream.
Where, in everyone should consider the standards in chosing affilliate to be invited in DD program. By monitoring or checking their daily activities, rendered time and interest in serious business.Regardless with their statua as old or new. Communicate and know them well, so that you'll be able to handle them smoothly.

In practical answer without considering anything. Doing both duplication for team building and selling TripleClicks Product will give you a bulk of money.
But when you see the benefits and time difference the fastest way to earn is selling the TripleClicks product. Aside from earning more money you could stay and renew your rank every month without spending a cent. As well as you can have earnings too even you just stay as an affiliate.
It is just the same thing in duplication for team building. Though, it takes time to get an active downline whom could give you a bounty of earning every month to keep you maintain your rank without spending a cent. But. It is the most important thing in growing business.
Therefore, I could say, that a Big Dreamer, should do both to reach the peak of SUCCESS!

Difference between working HARD & working SMART?
In my own understanding.
It only varies on the effort and time span to reach success.
Working hard might take you a bit longer to reach your goals.
While working smart could give you an effortless way to reach your goals.
Wherein, having both working HARD & working SMART applying it to SFI business will give you
a PHENOMENAL outcome.
It is just a matter of right choice for an individual/affiliate in making decisions to insure you are on the right tract.
You'll know you had chosen the right one if you have REACH or EXCEED from your SET GOALS & EARNINGs.

Where in I could hardly find an answer too.
But, as of my experience... New sign-ups which was caught from your marketing aids normally stays for just a few minutes or an hour.
Catch them swiftly like a fish, the moment you see them in your notification use your SFI Chat box
to communicate to them.
They have no time to read and lazy to understand the prospects so feed them with the most SIMPLE things on how they could start.
If you're able to do it. You'll have an active affiliate or at least once in there free time they will try to study every aspects of this business.

Aside, from the powerful training which is provided with us by SFI.
You, still want to put up an online seminar to educate your team. Though, it's quiet tough actually; since you have no face to face contact with all your participants, on your online seminars. Wherein, the key of doing it right is that you must keep things short and pithy. Must give the people what they want as quickly and efficiently as possible, considering the time they could spent in participating.
You might need to use online tools and applications with platform. Considering this things in your mind:
*Free may not be the best option if you are using this tactic to demonstrate how professional your business is.
*Look for a tool that offers some interaction tools such as polling, questions, chat, even video
*Make sure your chosen tool can handle the numbers you plan to enroll
*Be certain you can easily record your sessions for future marketing use
*Look for ease of use and follow-up reminder email automation.
Though in most cases it is better to show your affiliate how it works than telling them how it works. You can build even more trust with this.

As I understand THE PLAN in DD program...
Well, for me,
*Positiveness+ Strong determination+ Teamwork.
*Get a 5 active strong TL that could upgrade their rank in shortest time frame.
*Concentration in sales and building or producing more active PSAs
*And then, utilized your reassignment tools to balance the strength of your team.
It will not be that far to reach even tip of standing Diamond.
"A Team that works together, reach the peak of success faster."
This is easy to think and plan the way it is.
Yet, a toughest tasks to go through if you don't have at least a Team.
Wish it gives help.

How can I convince people who do not speak English to join SFI and work with me?

I'm not sure if in way situation you mean neither online or personal.
But, I come up with this answer.
In that case, online you can use translation tool where SFI provided us 50+ available languages.
Or even best to use persuasion techniques the art to use emotional design, be more persuasive, more influential in any art you use.
In additional, as far as I could remember in one of my lesson.
If you are familiar with the Maslow's Pyramid (Physiological needs)
you need the 3 important steps within yourself in fulfillment of your needs for marketing.
Those are:
*The Safety
*Belonging
*Esteem
Although in Maslow’s pyramid, the descriptions for this needs don’t exactly have a marketing perspective to them, it requires a little creativity to see how you can tailor your message to fit this needs. In persuasion, safety, belonging, and esteem has its incredible value for our everyday work and our creative lives:
Yes! Without this three essential keys a person cannot perform, innovate, be emotionally engaged, agree, or move forward … The more we have of (these three keys) the greater the success of our team, our business, the more possible you can CONCINCE or win the heart of that person you want to work wirh .
