Some ways of working together with your Designated Diamonds:-

1. By allowing open communication between you and your Sponsor.

2. By guiding them through the Plan to achieve their goals.

3. By giving them places or sites where they can advertise their links.

4. By putting them in your Team Co op to assist them build their team.

5. Encourage them to add S builder units as well as PSA 2 Go to their Monthly Standing Order.

6. Encourage them to bid for PSAs and CSAs at the auctions to build their team as their aim is at least get 5 active affiliates to be on their team. Having this at least, will create duplication and ease achieving their set goals. This in turn as their sponsor would benefit you as you also increase in ranks.

7. Encourage them to have a personal website where they can advertise ECA products with their referral link. Sales generated and commissions received can be ploughed back into their business.

8. Encourage them to advertise on facebook and other social media websites to generate tripleclicks sales thereby increasing shares in the tripleclicks executive pool as well as milestone shares that are banked for you attaining Team Leader milestones

I see no much difference between a Designated Diamond affiliates and a Regular affiliate except for the Time Frame and Bench mark laid down to reach the goals at the expected time.

You will continue to work with them and other team members as you use to but at a stepped up rate. Because you never know who will become a Diamond Team Leader without accepting the DD program invitation. I can only hasten reaching the goals by intensifying on the existing procedure carried out through a better strategy. Such as

1. Communication
Its the means to building stronger relationship, these are now special members but still members of the team. You have to help them understand how important it is to keep up with the DD deadlines. SFI offers weekly news for all affiliates and a special messages to all Team leaders. You can now include a DD Newsletter to your mailings. Send this to them stating the available strategies to go a step further for the week. Come up with new Ideas, give them breakdown to how to develop other affiliates because many affiliates can recruit but doesn't know how to DUPLICATE them.

2. Offer Incentives
More responsibility means more jobs to be done which should incurre a good "job well done" rewards. Issue gift certificates up to $20 minimum. You will be surprise to see them wanting to really work towards reaching the goals. Increase the rewards if they reach the next level of Team Leadership. Include Tcredits as part of their gifts as well. You are not bribing but encouraging. Ask the to do same for all their DD's too. You will build a strong team in no time.

3. Ask for Opinions
Trust me even in your own field you can't know everything and even if you know you can't be good at all if it. Some of our down lines are experienced business men and women, and a good leader must be able to listen to others opinions. Don't be too proud to ask for their opinions on our to reach the goal and build the best team. Their ideas might be the one that will hasten you through the next Team Leadership level. Listen to them, they have something upstairs

4. Commit Team Members to Training
SFI has always been sending training materials to all Team Leaders as I use to receive them. They are very useful. Send training materials to your DDs and ensure they go through it and understand. Set up Training Webinar maybe once a month. Have dinner with does living around you and make discussions on all "how do we go about this".

5. Increase Co-op Shares
These are now members who will require extra hands to reach their goals. Just in case you have Been offering a share of your co-op, it's time to increase it. No matter how much you share, it will surely come back to you. Encourage them with active PSAs not just prospects. Its a team work so all it takes to have your DDs move faster. You can encourage them to buy S-builder or you share the expenses.

Remember you have the power already, just start using it in a different way to help your DDs work with you effectively and you with them.

Way to work together than having a constant communication among team members. Do you

The first thing you need to do is ask your Designated Diamonds in personal level about their

Set up an advertising coop especially for your Diamond Team Leaders and Designated Diamonds. In Gery's article for The Magic of Setting a Coop you can have your Diamond Team Leaders share into paying the expenses so that you can get signups from SBuilder or PSA to go to always help your Designated Diamonds to get signups, this is necessary to achieve Team Leader Rank.

Imagine if in your first generation alone you have about 100 DTL and each one chipped in with $20 that would be about $2000.00 plus you can also add about $100 to the coop for SBuilder.

Training: There are different ways to do this. Coffee Training Mornings can only be done with Designated Diamonds living in your same area, you can get together in your home or rent a space for gathering and do your classes there or meetings to discuss goals and make plans etc...

A website/ blog is very useful when your affiliates live in other States in the US or located in other countries so they can just get into and read so this allows training 24/7 when you are not around and if they need assistance or have questions they can communicate by email or online chat.

You should use an auto responder for sending out newsletters to all affiliates in general, this you can use when you have new updates for your training website or individual topics and so forth.


Advertising: What I am thinking here is creating Splash pages which are personalized with their names and pictures so that you DD's can promote on Safe lists and Traffic exchanges you can also advertise their links on your own personal website or if you have a business related website you can post their banners so they can get signups.

EBooks: If you know how to create these things and sell them on TripleClicks you got it made because you can make money selling this not only to your Designated Diamonds but to other team leaders who are working with their Designated Diamonds as well. So this means more money to invest on your team.

So if you can create a group of these with resale rights you can even help your Designated Diamonds to open up their own store on TripleClicks to sell. Think about this one!

Very good question and as easy as it may sound the first thing and most powerful thing you can do is be a strong leader. Give your DDs a person to look up to and duplicate. Then you break down how you got to where you are within SFI.

Communication is key. Develop a plan for them to follow. Standing orders, recruitment goals, sales goals.... whatever you see as necessary for their success. Don't forget the use of CSA reassignment either. Teach them how to be strong leaders at the same time. Then eventually, they will be choosing DDs as well. Now there is a real system in place.

Next, brainstorm with your DDs. Maybe thru a weekly group chat, Skype or conference call. Talk about things like a group co-op, marketing strategies, sales strategies, Web pages, blogs, etc... then put them in motion.

Lastly... and most importantly... Have Fun!!! You will work very closely with your DDs. Arguably closers with them than anyone else. Learn who they are outside of SFI. Know their birthdays and such. Have little competitions for gift cards or other prizes, like CSAs.

The thing to remember is biology dictates that humans are social mammals and they need connection with other humans. Give them that and you with be totally surprised at the outcome and output of your DDs.

Communicating adequately is one of the most powerful ways.

1. Utilize every resource in SFI available to you for communicating. Such as: SFI messaging, SFI chat, Ecards and anything else that SFI might develop.

2. Have a Skype phone, Google or something similar that you can contact your members by phone. Don't be afraid to take up the phone and call them. This is a personal touch that no amount of emails can touch.

3. Text them if you have a cell phone and they have given you permission. This is great for tips and idea transfers.

4. Email them directly.

5. If you can afford it, and have a group run a webinar that you can brainstorm ideas together.

Think outside the box as much as possible. Imagination is a powerful tool in building a business.

1. Establish a radio station where all of the members can participate in advertising products and their SFI agenda.

2. Develop a group website giving each member a page, where they can place their ads and blogs.

3. Set up a system where each person has the opportunity to get back up for sales from someone else such as a testimonial. For instance: You are helping a member establish an ECA. Be willing to contact the potential TCECA and add your testimonial to your member's sales presentation.

4. When you have a group, each person has an expertise that they can contribute. It might be in knowing people of influence, being able to translate ads and other materials into a language that their audience or country will respond to or something else that can benefit everyone.

5. Members can assist each other by going to the websites of the individuals in the group, and looking for areas that can be improved or if changed would get more business. You can use each others websites for back links and SEO purposes.

6. Cooperate on advertising. Each member can set up a coop and every other member of the group could join in the coop drastically increasing the number of PSA's and PRM's for the entire group.

6. Send each other tips and information that will benefit the entire groups bottom line. We are all connected through TC. If you run across an item that would sell well for an ECA in a different country than yours, let one of the members closer to that country know about it.

7. Perhaps you could set up a purchasing cooperative that would allow all of your members to have an ECA and purchase through the group. For instance, there are pallet sales available, one member could buy a pallet of one item, and another member a different pallet, and then both could advertise both products in different countries and each drop ship to the other members customer.

8. Work together on selling the same item of one member. Then when the member gets sales, it might be possible for them to ship several sales to one of the other members cheaper than shipping one at a time. Then the other member could send it on to the customer less expensively in their own shipping area.

Some of these ideas may be so far out as to not be feasible, but when brainstorming as I did here, a group will come up with ideas well worth pursuing. If not in the same way as presented, but the basis for another way will be presented or the ideas presented will spark an idea that will be useful.

It’s a good proposal & a better strategy to work together with your Designated Diamonds. Communications between you & your DDs has to play a much needed and greater role to decide how both parties have a work together.

For example, let me assume that you have 4 Designated Diamonds working in your team. My strategy to work together would be as follows:

1. Using Safe List Advertising:- We together chose good 20 Safelists for advertising SFI/TC and every one of us would advertise on 4 Safe Lists in a day.

2. Traffic Exchanges:- Similarly, we can choose 25 good TEs and each one of us can advertise on 5 Traffic Exchanges every day.

3. Out of the five, whoever is good at making blogs, would do the job of making blogs and load gateways of all the five diamonds for promotion. In our mails, we can put the link of the blog in our email signatures.

4. Similarly, we can make use of Social Media websites like: Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, H5, MySpace Digg and others for promotions of TC and SFI gateways.

5. We can pool together some money and put our ads on Neobux and Clixsense in the paid advertising section. Also we together can buy some Solo Ads for the purpose of paid advertising.

Designated Diamond program involves:

1. Commitment from the Sponsor to the Chosen & Designated Diamond;
2. Commitment from the Designated Diamond Member to the Sponsor
3. Commitment from SFI in terms of investment in both of them.

Once you select and designate a Member to this Program, you have to:

1. Closely monitor the actions of the DD on a daily basis;
2. Guide the DD in gathering VersaPoints through various means available;
3. Help the DD to advertise preferably through free channels for fresh sign ups by which the DD
can build his own Team;
4. Encourage the DD with Gift Certificates;
5. Encourage the DD with free TCredits;
6. Re-assign some of your active affiliates to the DD;
7. Include the DD in your S-Builder Co-Op;
8. Keep reminding the DD of the commitments made towards becoming the DTL;
9. Remain focus on the DD's immediate Goal & act upon it;
10. Not to get in to any pressure tactics that can demoralize your DD;
11. Guide the DD to indulge in Transfer Buying which the DD can meet family requirement and
meet the VersaPoint requirements in one stroke;
12. Respond to the DD's questions by providing clear cut answers & clarifications;

In short, you, as the person who created the DD, should remain a friend and guide till such time the DD actually becomes a Diamond Team Leader which is the commitment. You should not quit! You should not give up! You should remain strong and active till such time the commitment is met.

In short, remain a good friend & guide the DD to fulfill the commitment within the specified time, without you, yourself giving up under any circumstances!!

Many times when I have written emails or notes to friends and clients, they often reply to say that I have been very positive in my outlook though I do not think that, that is what I was conveying.

Communications with your Designated Diamonds must be as powerful as your intention to get them to achieve their goals. These are the people who have chosen to lead not only themselves but showcase their leadership skills to their team members. Everything must have a positive outcome, a positive attitude, a positive solution.

Your Designated Diamonds have accepted the challenge you have provided to them and you must therefore give them some incentives - create short term goals first. If you have 5 affiliates who are EA2s (Executive Affiliates who either have a Standing Order or have been EA for 2 months in SFI), you need to show them that you care for their well being and I would suggest these steps to not only encourage but ensure that they will move with you to the Top.

a) Set a competitive spirit within the group, use your Genealogy to filter your Designated Diamonds and keep making sure through your team mail that they have not side-tracked. A competition for them to reach the next level of leadership would be a good start.

b) Give away gift certificates to them or reassign affiliates to boost their morale

c) A regular skype call or video chat would really get things off the ground because now you have a visual contact and that helps in establishing a rapport.

d) If your affiliates are in the same region, a cup of coffee and a general discussion would indeed break the ice and help you understand your affiliates better.

e) Remember your team members are your business partners and you must be able to establish a professional relationship with them without discrimination.

f) If you can, talk over the phone - this tells them that you are making sure that they are being looked after as best as possible and this is your priority role as a Sponsor.

Be mindful of cultural differences, language barriers and other hurdles that can create a conflict if not addressed in the right manner. Do not take your affiliates for granted, appreciate them and they will support your business. They do not have to be DD to support you, they will do it without any pressure because they know the value and potential of an ongoing business that will generate valuable income for them in the future. You have to show them through your experiences!
