I see no much difference between a Designated Diamond affiliates and a Regular affiliate except for the Time Frame and Bench mark laid down to reach the goals at the expected time.

You will continue to work with them and other team members as you use to but at a stepped up rate. Because you never know who will become a Diamond Team Leader without accepting the DD program invitation. Set up an advertising coop especially for your Diamond Team Leaders and Designated Diamonds. In Gery's article for The Magic of Setting a Coop you can have your Diamond Team Leaders share into paying the expenses so that you can get signups from SBuilder or PSA to go to always help your Designated Diamonds to get signups, this is necessary to achieve Team Leader Rank.

Very good question and as easy as it may sound the first thing and most powerful thing you can do is be a strong leader. Give your DDs a person to look up to and duplicate. Then you break down how you got to where you are within SFI.

Communication is key. Develop a plan for them to follow. Standing orders, recruitment goals, sales goals.... whatever you see as necessary for their success. Don't forget the use of CSA reassignment either. Teach them how to be strong leaders at the same time.

Communicating adequately is one of the most powerful ways.

1. Utilize every resource in SFI available to you for communicating. Such as: SFI messaging, SFI chat, Ecards and anything else that SFI might develop.

2. Have a Skype phone, Google or something similar that you can contact your members by phone. Don't be afraid to take up the phone and call them. This is a personal touch that no amount of emails can touch.

It’s a good proposal & a better strategy to work together with your Designated Diamonds. Communications between you & your DDs has to play a much needed and greater role to decide how both parties have a work together.

Designated Diamond program involves:

1. Commitment from the Sponsor to the Chosen & Designated Diamond;
2. Commitment from the Designated Diamond Member to the Sponsor
3. Commitment from SFI in terms of investment in both of them.
