Some good tips for successful blogging or website building for recruiting go hand in hand.

I have two blogs and own four websites of my own. The one thing you must understand going into building either one is that it can be very technical. You can blog and create a website for free and that is okay as long as you have the ability to get them to rank, preferably on page 1, in a Google search.

First, especially if this is your first build, I would utilize a blog / website hybrid. Pages to include would be a static home page, an about me page, an SFI page with your link and banner, a Tripleclicks page with link and banner, Wave 3 page with link and banner and an ECA page with link and banner. You could also do the same for Pricebender Auctions and Eager Zebra Games.
The purpose of these pages is to explain what each program is, how it works and highlight the benefit to the reader.

Second, set up your blog posts. Include archives of these posts in your menu and make sure to title each post efficiently and correctly. Then post regularly. I suggest using an anti-spam plugin for comments so you have to approve comments posted by your readers. Be sure to reply to comments you approve.

Third, make sure all content is relevant, grammatically correct and checked for spelling or typing errors.

I know this already sounds like a ton of information and it is. Trust me when I say that it is broken down for you.

Remember I mentioned ranking? This is done through keyword research (like alphabet soup method) when naming your site, SEO, using a good SEO plugin, correct categorization of blogs, proper use of keywords within your program (I prefer Wordpress), and so on.

There are some great training programs onine as well.

Using the methods above will reach the most readers. Otherwise, you can create a blog on Facebook or Google for free and advertise it the best you can.

Attraction Marketing and SFI can go hand-in-hand, but ONLY if you have a great grasp on both.

What is wonderful about SFI is its structure. Within all the training, SFI Basics, Launchpad, etc..., you have, at your fingertips, step-by-step instructions and links to use. Why that is so great is is makes utilizing Attraction Marketing that much easier. Why, you may ask? Well of course you're asking... this is your question after all.

If you look at Attraction Marketing as "Educational Marketing" I believe it is a bit easier to understand how to use it.

We live in a world where if we have a question we whip out our phones and say things like "ok, Google" or "Hey Siri" ask our question and there it is. We use the "Wiki" our "Echoes" or any other techie toys, but one thing we do not do is grab an Encyclopedia or hit the Library any longer. So, simply put... We are ATTRACTING customers or prospects to us because they are looking for answers to their questions.

Now, what you need to do is develop content that answers their questions before they are asked. Does this make sense yet?

This is done in 7 steps according to WikiHow:
1. Become A Trusted Educator or Adviser to your readers
2. Begin Educating or Teaching
3. Use the Internet to Answer your Reader's Questions
4. Create Multiple Forms Of Content
5. Leverage / Do It Once
- If you create good and valuable content you can write it once and leave it (barring any
changes)
6. More Insight, Less Data
7. Be Creative... Provide Advanced Content
- Media, Youtube Videos

Finally, the answer to your question. SFI is too large to explain it all at once. My suggestion would be to do a "series" of Micro Topics like "How to Use The Reassignment Tool". Then I would use verbal instructions combined with links to SFI, screenshots maybe and / or a youtube video of the actual process.

Used correctly, with proper SEO... you should do well. Great and difficult question.

Very good question and as easy as it may sound the first thing and most powerful thing you can do is be a strong leader. Give your DDs a person to look up to and duplicate. Then you break down how you got to where you are within SFI.

Communication is key. Develop a plan for them to follow. Standing orders, recruitment goals, sales goals.... whatever you see as necessary for their success. Don't forget the use of CSA reassignment either. Teach them how to be strong leaders at the same time. Then eventually, they will be choosing DDs as well. Now there is a real system in place.

Next, brainstorm with your DDs. Maybe thru a weekly group chat, Skype or conference call. Talk about things like a group co-op, marketing strategies, sales strategies, Web pages, blogs, etc... then put them in motion.

Lastly... and most importantly... Have Fun!!! You will work very closely with your DDs. Arguably closers with them than anyone else. Learn who they are outside of SFI. Know their birthdays and such. Have little competitions for gift cards or other prizes, like CSAs.

The thing to remember is biology dictates that humans are social mammals and they need connection with other humans. Give them that and you with be totally surprised at the outcome and output of your DDs.

Changing negative attitudes is a very difficult task. However, not impossible. It will take patience on your part plus an understanding of basic psychology.

First, like I stated above, be patient and when you feel like giving up, be patient.

Second, At some point someone will give in and give you a clue as to why all the negativity exists. You're not asking the right questions just yet or not listening to them as actively as you could. Do not get me wrong, I am not placing all the blame on you, but as a leader there is always some to bear. Listen to what your team is telling you. What negative statements are they making? Ask yourself / them why do they feel or think that way? It could be as simple as not understanding one another or not understanding a guideline at SFI? Whatever it is, you, as their leader need to find a way to draw it out of them. Then promptly address it so it doesn't develop into a catastrophe that sinks your whole ship.

Third, you must find a way to simply boost morale. It's the same idea as making your staff want to come to work everyday. Start a contest, game, reward program among your team that makes them feel appreciated and get them excited. It doesn't even have to put you out of pocket either. Have them email you an SFI slogan for your team and reward them with reassignments!! It's fun, it's creative and gets them involved.

Lastly, remember when communicating with them it is ALL about them. If you try to get people to take action you MUST show them the benefit for them... period. Call them to action, excite them, tell them why it is good for them... more income, advancement, more income, more reassignments, advancement, more income, more shares, more matching VP, more income... it's circular, but it starts with the basics. The very first being a positive attitude.

I believe you can turn them around with all the new programs that have made advancement easier. Point those out as well. The very fact that you are concerned over their negative attitude shows caring for them as individuals, them as a team, their businesses and of course your own. Have faith in your own abilities as a leader and you can turn it around.

How do you set up an online training seminar for your affiliates and what are some tips.

Preferably the very first thing I would do is see if there is an interest in it among your affiliates. I would hate to see you got through all the trouble for no one to join your seminar. My advice here is to send a team mail or email and get an idea of the amount of interest, best days and times (keeping in mind time zones and that you may have to hold the seminar more than once), and finally what are the top 3 topics they would like to see covered.

If this goes well and you have the interest I would find a service that suits your needs for your seminar; making sure it is recordable and able to be posted on a website (more on this later). Choose the top 1 or 2 topics given to you by your affiliates and begin outlining your training. Making sure to include links to the SFI website and trying to forsee the types of questions you may receive. I personally would prepare visuals. Humans learn in many different ways, so adding a visual element you are covered.

Finally, you can make this a series by creating an inexpensive or free website that suits 2 important purposes. 1st marketing by posting our marketing information and 2nd your series of training videos. You could create addition ones on your own that were not seminars. Now there is a professional website marketing for you AND training your affiliates... does it get any better? It's exactly what I'm working on and I think it's a winner.

How do you set up an online training seminar for your affiliates and what are some tips.
