Designated diamonds should work closely with their sponsor for sure but if they have a good strategy and are able to manage then support them with minimum input. Obviously, they know what they are doing. If they ask for your input then by all means give it and when they don't don't sweat it. There must be trust and communication.

Nonetheless, others will appreciate a direct approach. For these be sure to keep the steps in order and methodical. A co-op will work wonders when everyone works together to achieve the goal. Honesty is a priceless commodity and you want to be upfront in all of your dealings. It is a mutually beneficial arrangement when everyone has the same input. Make it work as smooth as possible. I'd stray away from ultimatums and forced purchases.

If you choose your designated diamonds wisely then you have nothing to worry about. But if not, then you are in for some challenges to say the least. The last thing you want is for someone to feel like they are trapped into something that they feel is not best for them. Keep communication open and honest. There is no shame in someone admitting that they are not ready. Let them maintain whatever rank they choose until they are ready.

The powerful ways i would recommend is to:
1. Be there for them and suppor them.
2. Give them some of your good and active PSAs if they don't have any.
3. Teach them about how to market and advertize to recruit affiliates and to generate sales which can help them to purchase their SO since the minimum rank is EA2.
4. Add them to your co op if you have any.
5. Teach them how to build a formidable and strong team.
6. Let them how to be an Executive without investment, in case of some being hard on cash and perhaps you can't offer a GC
7. Let them understand what is at stake, the sacrifice and the commitment and the end time benefits.

I think the most powerful tool is communication. In order to work efficiently together, you should communicate with your Designated Diamonds and you must communicate effectively with your Designated Diamonds. In SFI, there are many different communication tools available, for example, e-mail, PSA Mailer, CSA Mailer,etc.

And second I think is the communication skill. When beginning communications with your DDs, you should be brief, paring down your words to the essentials and let the power of your simple phrases do the heavy lifting for you. And back up your ideas with knowledge. A little research goes a long way to improving your point and winning over your audience.

The third is always be positive. Avoid negativism.

What are some powerful ways to work together with my Designated Diamonds?

The most powerful ways or rather the only way to work together is to teach your Designated Diamond how to generate sales in Tripleclicks. This is most important aspect of SFI business. Because if your DD doesn't know how to generate sales he may not be there after few months.

The question is how to generate sales. To generate sales what I do is , I buy lots of useful products from Tripleclicks which I was already buying locally before joining SFI. This is known as Transfer Buying. This not only gives me necessary Versa Points but it generates all important sales. When duplicated this becomes a powerful tool to grow SFI business.

Everyone should do this and teach not only their Designated Diamonds but also all PSAs. This way you can ensure a successful business.

2. Monitor their ledgers to see if they are doing what need to be done. If you find one that is battling, send them an email to guide them what to do next.
3. For those who can't afford a Standing Order, submit a Gift Certificate for at least $30.00 to get at least some TCredits and the Versapoints needed to move up.
4. Award your top DDs with 10 TCredits or a Gift Certificate for $10.00 and an ECard to congratulate them.

Working with my designated DD, I first would put them in my free co-op.
Then supply that co-op with an S-Unit every month.Get 10 PSA"s to go for them
too.

If they get close to a Leadership mark, give them a Gift Certificate with
10 days to expiration. Then when they use it,I get duplicate versa points!

I will stress that we can send e-cards back and forth,send small notes to each
other on the Stream Post and keep the lines of communication open.

Keep in mind that Team Leaders do exactly what the name implies, they build a team. And it should be as large as they can afford whether through spending money or spending time or a combination of both. We need to focus our efforts in this venue for obvious reasons and teach our team diligently the same things we have learned ourselves.

It's important to encourage your team and help them believe that they can do this. Unless they believe they can do it they will fail. So we must be positive encourager's ourselves and help build our team up. Remember, a leader is not someone who simply barks out orders, a quality team leader does the work first then encourages and teaches those things to their team. We have to work on ourselves first so that we can effectively bring our team along the journey with us!

Focus every day on things that bring success. Learning will help you to soon be earning!
