What would be a good welcome letter for REASSIGNED PSAs? As their new sponsor, I don't want them to think they're being bounced around.

Mail Subject Line: Hello - I'm your new SFI sponsor!

Hi!

I've just received notification that I'm your new sponsor. Welcome to my team!

Did you know that you are also still in your previous sponsor's team too, the team that I'm in? Well, you are - our team is growing beautifully!

Here are two reasons why your previous sponsor may have reassigned you to me:

1. Your previous sponsor may have thought I'd be better able to communicate with you than

This is a very good question .

I would write my welcome letter to my reassigned PSAs. It is important to give them reassurance that they will be looked after as well as their previous recruiter.

Dear team member,

I am XXXXX your new Sponsor would like to share everything that you can success in this SFI business. You have been assigned to me so that I can help you from my heart and mind.

Good day Bruce,

In the first instance, reassisgned PSAs are incentives to hardworking affilates in a team where your Sponsor assigns them to you for the sole purpose of building your own team.

Another instance might be for the ease of communication. Your sponsor might feel that the PSA she sponsored might be better off with one from the same Geographical Location or Continent to create activity and develop trust with the new sponsor from their location especially if the PSA

This would be how I would write my welcome letter to my reassigned PSAs. It is important to give them reassurance that they will be looked after as well as their previous recruiter. I would keep it brief, to the point and not add any more information that would create any confusion or give them much to think about.

Dear PSA

I am XXXXX(my name), your team leader and new Sponsor. You have been assigned to me so that I can closely help you and work with you. Your earlier Sponsor

Rather than send out a welcome letter, I would quickly send out an e-card as soon as I get the notification of the reassignment. The 'I'm Excited' cards are my favourite at the moment I would would recommend them. Be excited that you have another PSA on your team and let your words on the card convey this excitement.

You can also briefly tell them the reason why you are his new sponsor especially if they have been in SFI for a while - greet them in their preferred language if you

You and your upline should have communication before hand what your
upline do or not do before the reassignment. And

First and for most you shouldn’t take this burden. This should be taken
Care of in the first place by your upline to ease it on you the way I do it.
I notify both parties in advance that:

I am going to put someone under them to help them grow the business for
the assigned affiliates

For the one going to be transfer Tell

On receipt of the information from SFI regarding the reassignment of PSAs, please send them a Welcome E-Card with just a few line introduction about yourself. This can be followed with a good welcome letter.

In your Welcome letter:

1. Say, you are privileged to have them in your Growing & Winning Team;

2. Ask them what you can do so that they can get started?

3. Inquire how you can help so that they can move on?

4. Assure them that

Depending on the status of the reassigned PSAs, if they have been in SFI a few months or longer and have attained a degree of success earlier but have become inactive lately, you can tailor your welcome message around that.

I would just send an Welcome E-card, introduce myself as their new Sponsor with a brief message like this:

"Welcome! I am your new Sponsor and I am excited to you have you on board.
You have been reassigned to me by our upline in order to strengthen

Before we send th message, you need to know if its an old affiliate or new affiliate. Welcoming an old affiliate will be to work together as usual to build the team. As for new affiliates we need to breakdown all that is needed for starters and freshers.

Now a general message to make them feel they are not been thrown around will go like this-:

Hello (Name of Reassigned Affiliate)

I have just received a notification from SFI that you have been added to my team

You should have a welcome letter for reassigned affiliates ready to go.

I never reassign referrals unless they have a good e-mail and speak
the same language as the recipient.

Here is mine:

You have been reassigned to me.
You are never going to be alone!
I will help you, just ask.

Please read my short tips on the Stream Post.

Only my team members can see my post.
I would love to hear from you.
